Difficult to open app when it does it crashes Also I get in my category refine it pick item to research bam no back button Wish itd work Ugh

Im a new flex shopper account holder and I downloaded this app thinking it would be easier to make a purchase Its a no go as the app will never open If it worked as described it would be awesome but its back to the web page for me Please fix Doesnt Work At All
App constantly keeps closing out and buyers be aware because their is a lot of problems with this company they sent broking items and dont replace also says online 8 ppl have said they never got their item Worst app ever
