A friend of mine recommended this app saying they receive the flikshop faster than letters when i registered i was offer 1 one free credit I sent my husband a flikshop on Nov 2 2017 it is now Nov 22 2017 and he has yet to receive anything There was nothing explicit or anything like that for them to delay the mail and i am extremely disappointed 3 5 business days delivery is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT     Feel SCAMMED OrnelasLorena

My card just got returned Apparently flikshop only prints a 2x3 picture even though i paid for a 4x6 post card The institution has a minimum size for the pic and flikshop is not compliant     No good Nolramo

I don t usually take time to write reviews but this app is completely frustrating It has never worked once I reset my password repeatedly I can never log and even the app help won t work I didn t need more frustration because anyone who s using this app has certainly had enough of it already with the prison system     More frustration when I already have enough Music Zone

Flikshop is awesome and so is their customer service If your postcards aren t being delivered I would check with the jail or prison as well and not just blame them Any time I ve had an issue it s been resolved Best app for your incarcerated loved ones and easy to use                     Love it Yadadda

I recently had an issue with a postcard that I sent to an inmate which they never received I contacted Flikshop and within a day I received a response and they worked on finding out what went wrong Unfortunately they couldn t find out what happened but in return gave me 3 free postcards and advised me that if my postcard was returned to them they would contact me I have never received such an immediate response for online customer service nor such attention to my situation This is the first time using Flikshop and I would definitely recommend anyone who has friends or family members who are incarcerated to use this app Totally happy and satisfied with it                     Excellent Customer Service Yvonne Galloway

I registered on my computer due to the same problem as those above Couldn t check the agree to terms and conditions box But I still can t send because no matter how many times I delete the inmate information and reenter and save it it won t send the card I get all the way to send and it states I need to enter all inmate details and save Very frustrating     Frustrated Jandomcintyre
