I have more issues connecting to my cameras than anything I can imagine I use android tablet and iPhone X and both are not working I am also an installer and I recommend lorex but now I have most of my customers calling about issues with the app I just had an incident at my home and I can t even review my cameras     Intermittent issues upset installer

I have been having nothing but problems with the company and their app Now when I access the app the first thing I see is someone else s driveway My DVR was replaced a couple if that months ago due to this being part of a problem This app lets you enhance live video The recorded videos you can t make out people or even animals You get multiple alerts on your phone stating the same thing in a different way Lorex and the Flir system has become a major headache in my life To update You NEED WIFI to make the app function some what productively So stay at home and you will do as good if not a better job than the app DON T MIND THAT SOMEONE ELSE MAY SEE YOUR CAMERA I have had 3x now different cameras on 1 of my cameras when I sign into the app At this point before the 1st problem seeing someone camera still shot I am unable to have a refund I don t think I trust the cameras at this point anymore     Horrible EHills88

I own a lorex security camera system with a NVR Regular Flir Cloud app works with that system but I tried to setup this app with my system it says system update required I click to update it then it says update failed I check the NVR it s running on the latest software Why is everything so complicated with this system and why is there so many Flir apps     Doesn t Work Fhmslmz

Purchased 4 WiFi cameras with DVR We are always having problems with camera recording and staying on Two cameras have been replaced which was a hassle Now app not working if not connected to WiFi In other words we can not use app when not at home Looking into new system but not Lorex Hopefully they will have better customer service     Wasted money Lilmomy

Got a new FLIR camera and this app and setup went pretty quick The app works great for me The only thing I haven t figured out is mass deleting the recorded cloud events You can delete one at a time but I have hundreds of 30 second recordings to get rid Otherwise this setup has been going great                 Works great This worx

Rapid Recap is a sweet feature as it gives you the highlight reel of events monthly subscription required The system I bought had to be hard wired for the install I connected everything first before installing and confirmed that everything was 100 Fished wires and installed the cameras and connected everything If you don t know how to fish wires or are not a handy person hire someone Took me about 6 hours to run 4 cameras and connect them to the DVR to a TV in the house No issues I downloaded the app took a pic of the QR code everything works from my phone without any issues Not sure why so many people have had issues As of now 5 stars if something changes I ll update my review                     Following Instructions App User Rater

I have 4 Lorex cameras Why can t I have a screen that shows just my four cameras and not other non existent cameras taking up wasted space I can t get rapid recap to work I press the button it displays a percentage bar then nothing How do I view it When viewing a single camera I want to zoom in but it only lets me zoom in the middle not on the lower right for example I m not talking about PTZ I m talking about playing back footage and wanting to select an area of the picture to zoom in on can t do it When I press Snapshot it just freezes Horrible app     Difficult to use can t zoom in to anywhere you want playback a pain ScottGator
