BUYER BEWARE When the delivery date promised at purchase was not met I was unable to get a hold of a representative no matter which method I tried phone calls always reach a recording that says to email them or text them to discuss an existing ordernice to know that once they have my money Im not worthy of any actual customer service I have yet to receive a response from either of these three forms of contact When I logged into my account online I saw that my order had been cancelled without any explanation or notification whatsoever There had been no email and no phone call letting me know so I wasnt even able to try and find an alternative delivery service in time This is completely unacceptable How can a floral delivery service be so unreliable and make no effort to let me know or even apologize for their falsely advertised services At this point I almost feel as though the company is a complete scam My mom is out of town for her 66th birthday and I was trying to surprise her with flowers in her hotel room Floristscom is not to be trusted and I will never use this company again If I could give then 0 stars I would HORRIBLY UNRELIABLE UNPROFESSIONAL
