To the one person who said her flowers werent listed I found all the flowers u said werent in the app Just to be fair I thought I would comment For one you spelled Hydrangea wrong Maybe thats why u didnt find it I love this app
I agree totally with the previous review I thought surely that petunia hydrangia portulaca would be found but alas no Is there something I am not understanding about what constitutes a flower Not that great
Overall useful app for general use app not user friendly for novice have issue with Flickr interface No way to just Fav a flower it takes you to a map and makes you identify a location before successfully saving your Fav Search by color works well but interface could be more user friendly I feel The UI is a bit clunky may improve with repeated use but requires a learning curve This app appears to be the most complete reference for flower enthusiasts but as stated above the UI could be better especially for users with little flower knowledge But for a fair price I would still recommend this app for anyone who is looking for a fairly complete flower identification app and reference Overall ok but Could be improved
Photos are beautiful but too many of the same flower type and not enough variety It would also be helpful to be able to search by color by the habitat etc The only search that I find is by nameif I knew that I probably wouldnt be searching ya think Could be good
Im new to flower knowledge but have learned that searching for flowers with this app is not simple It is convoluted and seems to be missing many flowers I was trying to find a crocosmia in the app which I later learned is not a rare flower as all of the local flower shops had them but I could not find it in the app along with many other flowers Great idea for an app but needs much improvement Searching is difficult
Totally useless app Dont waste your Monty Nope
I had really high hopes for this app since I frequently photograph flowers have no idea what they are and would like to know But I searched for almost every flower I have photographed and except for the most basic classification iris rose etc not a single one was found Some examples of my searches included plumeria frangipani passion plantflower blue flag iris and numerous others All I got from my searches were empty tables
Im not trying to be a jerk about this but I really expected much much more from this app I know what a hibiscus looks like but I was hoping for a much more specific name And the same for many other flowers
Not sure what the future plans are for this app but it isnt yet ready for prime time IMO What am I missing
One of my favorite apps Now when I cant sleep I dive into all these beautiful flowers the photography is phenomenal I wish they would include roses Looking forward to the updates Gorgeous photos
As a garden professional I find this ap annoyingly unaware of the systems used to search for plants when you know them well It is also painfully short of taste in plant choice and very incomplete Unsophisticated

Seems to have a lot of bugs to work out Often when I select an option instead of changing screens it just kicks me out of the ap completely I tried to report a sighting The program kept telling me that my report had failed Then when I looked in the Sightings section there they wereall five or six of my failed sightings The developer needs to do some work on this Also the information is very basic and does not contain the details that an experienced observer would like to see Catlady6
Ive been searching for an app like this so was very happy to see it in the app storeI purchased iBird Yard and was looking for something along those linesBelieve me I downloaded a few apps looking for a good one for flower identification It shows a lot of promise but needs a few thingsa better search engine more extensive data base and a less confusing gallery When I tried to identify a flower there were some many similar looking ones it was confusing
All in all a good app that shows promise but needs some work and updating nice app

Good idea but I was never able to upload any pictures of the plants I wanted to identify Dont know if it is my location but then the program just froze and I couldnt find any information on unfreezing it Also no provision for changing mistakes when you id others pictures I mistyped and then could not undo it so someone was left with a gobbledygook id Sockmonkeyette
