Store in one place, and take always with you, all your knowledge and experience about film development, completed with times, dilutions, and temperatures. Contains 17 films and 296 development times. Included films: TriX, Fuji Neopan, Afga ...
this is a nice app you can edit and add to the list of presets i only wish it had a settings option the temps are all in Celsius it would be nice if you could go into a settings option and choose Fahrenheit and it would convert for you another addition that would be nice is if you could change the temp in the settings and the times would adjust accordingly not everyone develops at 20 C without a settings option its like using notes and the clocks timer but i dont regret buying cause its in a neat bundle and i dont have to switch from the notes and clock apps going a step further adding to the UI icons of the films labels would be awsome but i wont be greedy a nice settings option would do hopefully in a future update with a settings option this would be a five star app              great App but could use a settings option
The FNDMobile application is nicely done application The number preinstalled files and developers make this application very usable However when you try to populate the database with as much you can there are always more film and developers to add Nice that you can add your own we be nicer if you could download specific data files from the associated site For instance the first film I used was Ilford PANF 50 no there My iTouch also doesnt seem to beep on the agitation frequency Other than that it is a usable product              Review from iTouch user
Definitely worth the price Having all this info in one convenient spot wherever you are is great And the timer is a nice handy touch                 Simple and totally great
This is a great idea if you develop your own film You can even add more film types temperatures to develop at as well as dillution ratios and when you want to start developing hit the start button and it will count down and beep each time you need to agitate Awesome application                 Really cool
This program just feels lacking There are no customizable options For instance I agitate every minute not every 30 seconds and the beep goes off every 30 seconds and I cant change the beep time Also the app only holds data and times for development but what about the other steps in the process stop bath fixer and washing Once the timer is done for development I still need a timer for stop bath fixing and washing I know you can add these manually but I want an option of having all the times set up in order ready to go so once I am done with developing the stop bath time comes up is ready to go and so on I hope this makes some sense I just think this App is incomplete        I Need More
This is an excellent idea and a very useful tool I usually develop TriX in D76 11 but this comes in handy when I diverge and even to use as a timer when I dont Also as a teacher of photography it is very handy when students bring in some unusual film to develop and we dont have to dig into the film manufacturers web sites to find the different development times It has most bw films youd want and you can customize if you want to add something more exotic However the biggest shortcoming of this app is not having provision for different temperatures an almost certain necessity in film developing Also a timer for other processing steps would be nice Finally it has times for push processing but what about pull processing I often expose TriX at ISO 200 instead of 400 and if you need an argument for film over digital try this              Film is NOT dead long live film
This app provides a fairly straightforward user interface but doesnt constitute a significant improvement over a paper list or the Massive Development Chart and stopwatch yet The list of developers and film is fairly basic If this is intended to be a reference guide it is too short if it is to be a list of favorite development combos is an app really needed Adding a way to download developerfilm combos from a website list or text file would be nice Agitation data format is limited not allowing you to enter how long each agitation cycle runs 5 seconds every 30 10 seconds every minute Showing this data on the timer screen would be great also A notes field for each entry would be nice so you can identify data sources whether development is a push or pull etc No help function Additions to the film list only alphabetize if you log out then log back in Presets for format developer etc would be nice You still need a timer for fixing and washing times adding a stopwatch function that covers the whole development cycle would be great           Not a bad start
Ive been waiting for something like this for the iphone I used to have a similiar app for palm devices but havent used one of those in years Now I can put my noetbooks back in the closet                 Nice
