Quickly in and out to check my balance Great App for those of us with OCD Awesome
When I click on the app it opens but then says system error try again I have tried multiple times and it still wont work App doesnt work

So earlier today I had to call in reset my password I chose answered a whole new set of security questions After I typed my userID it asked me some identity questions I have no as were too because they were the ones I choseso how would I know the answer to a question I never even chose This app really frustrates me I hate it get this fixed Needs work
They finally made it so that it fits on the iPhone 5 screen but I still cannot switch to a different app like a reconcile app and then switch back without having to go through the entire login process all over again This app offers no benefit over opening it in a browser tab Still cant background switch

Why would you bother offering a check deposit feature when it works less than half the time There is nowhere to go for support What complete waste of time Otherwise the app is more or less functional for what it is but I still have go to the bank to deposit checks Deposit feature a bad joke
Im not even able to access my account because I must answer security questions that I never even set as my security questions Are you serious Fix it Makes no sense
It wont be ready until after may 4th If you checked your mail they sent you something letting you know how to go about the app They sent out a letter
This is an extremely terrible application Im consistently being logged out for the slightest reasons like double tapping the home button Once your logged out its like youre only give a number of times you can log in in one day before it locks your account Because of this exact application I just stopped using online banking My account has been locked for over a month now just because the process of unlocking your account is complicated EXTREMELY TERRIBLE APP if I could give it no stars instead of one Id prefer that Dwyante
This was a 5 star app when I first downloaded it It was great However I attempted to log back in a few hours later and it wouldnt let me same usernamepassword etc Now my device is locked out of the app Was A 5 Star App

It works wonders until its unable to retrieve your request It wont let me log in for weeks until they fix it After its fixed it works perfectly again Please fix this app so I can deposit checks easily and check my balance with ease again Thank you Please Fix This App

I love the app over all It allows me to monitor my transactions but I would love to be able to see PENDING TRANSACTIONS Upgrade
Mobile deposits do not work It prompts you to take a picture of the front and back of your check that includes all four corners Even when my pictures are absolutely crystalclear with perfect lighting it repeatedly tells me that it cannot read the numbers and that I need to retake the pictures Since my pictures literally could not be any more clearlegible than they already are I take it this means the mobile deposit functionality is just broken and this is a huge issue since its one of the selling points of the app Mobile Deposits Broken
It works less than half the time If it allows to me log in it often crashes after a minute or two Terrible overall and has no support Slow and buggy

The app is great especially for being its first day For those who are having problems you MUST login to your account via the full website where you will update your password and security questions Once this is done you will no longer see the error about unable to verify identity Instructions are on founders full website in a green banner App works fine
If Im balancing my checkbook and switching between this app and my checkbook app it logs me out every time So its actually easier to just use the mobile web site Ok but mobile site is better
