Gave in to the Premium subscription so that it would always sync and retain my history It was set to auto renew and did Now the apps and website say my subscription is expired and won t sync or show my data I ve tried calling Verizon Wireless has a restriction on this number emailing and filling in their Contact form No response for weeks Unacceptable performance and lack of support     Frustrating AtlasAV8R

Have been using for about 2 months now and really like and really depend on it Love the interface It does just what I need which is to use the Franklin Covey system Well done The only thing I am missing is the option of cancel on a task Not a deal breaker as everything else is there This app is worth a look if you re wired for the FC system Oh and support has been good for me as they have responded in a timely manner to my 2 queries                     Great In the arena

I am a long term Franklin Planner user and was hoping this was a good application to manage my tasks I ve been using it for a year and like others have had numerous occasions that the website is down and you have no access to your planner Despite the average performance I decided to renew since I had all my data 300 tasks in the system I renewed through iTunes and the website did not recognize the renewal When I was finally able to log into the website all my tasks were gone even though they were on my iPhone app I ve been trying for three days to get support to address the problem Franklin Covey support refers this to the third party developer who has been non responsive UPDATED January 16 After two years of lost data down websites no customer service and quite frankly no FRANKLIN COVEY ownership of the app I downloaded SWIPES Do yourself a favor and try SWIPES Hands down a much better product     No Support Lost all of my data DCMemphisfan

I wrote a review on December 21 that was uncomplimentary to say the least I had downloaded the new program and it still had parts of the old program intermixed with it Since that time I have cleaned out the old program reminants The new ZZtasks doesn t not have as many features as the old Franklin Covey Tasks but in all fairness it does work and the iphone version syncs with the iPad version You can go to their web site and use a laptop to enter data They try to sell an upgrade for 20 00 yr They show that it will upload photos I see no provision for this Maybe in the future but I paid my 20 00 already Misrepresentation of a product         On second thought or further review Tabbythetiger

10 20 15 Downgraded this from 3 stars to 2 I ve owned this app for over a year and there seems to be no effort to improve it but there are many modifications necessary to make this a first rate app This is a fine app as far as it goes but needs some other features to truly support FC style planning Ability to plan weekly Ability to create sub tasks Ability to mark a task s status without copying it into new category Would also be nice to have ability to color code by Role Start date as well as Due date for tasks that take more than one day         Necessary features for true FC planning Anatolew

I love this app It helped replace my day planner after I migrated to the digital world I paid for the pro version so that I can sync between my iPad and my iPhone which works great Things to improve Some tasks I have to repeat daily However sometimes I go a few days without checking my app I update the dates for when I want to complete tasks but the syncing feature still auto populates all the days passed that I missed between todays date and the last time I checked off the task So for example I have on my checklist to do dishes daily using the repeat task feature Sometimes I need the reminder to help me prioritize it in my day If I check the app on Mon but don t use it until Fri even if I update the on the task after I complete it it the app populates the all the dates that I missed Even if I update the date I then still have to go back through and update every single date that was missed which is a waste of time That s my main pet peeve Otherwise I live the app                 Love the App still need some tweeks Girl Foodie

I was looking for an app that would allow me to plan my tasks and appointments like I would in my paper planner and operate like the calendar in my phone This is a good foundation but it s not quite there The alerts reminders don t work that is a big priority for me     Very disappointed KelMaya

I love this Great simplicity nice to have the view tabs on the bottom ABC123 method is the best out there Coming from the Franklin planner this gives me a similar experience It needs to have the completed items leave the screen after they are checked Makes a big mess and I have to go into each one and re prioritize it to get to the bottom of the screen Needs to utilize standard iPhone gestures to maximize functionality and efficiency Slide landscape mode drag and drop etc see clear and other popular programs for examples It also needs a much better and easier utilization of the 123 portion of the ABC123 method Overall I like this and as new features are implemented it will become my favorite digital planner                 Love it Great potential Bobbonbobbob

I previously used FC paper planners and they transformed my life at the time I wish FC would make a planner app but alas it s not to be I discovered this app by accident and I ve been using it consistently week and it s beautiful simple and stable Great app FC Just give us a planner app too and I will scream it from the rooftops so that everyone will try it                     Perfect to do list with priorities cjones

I love this app but it needs a couple of feature fixes Firstly my reminders never work for my tasks Secondly it could be improved by opening a calendar when setting the due date for a task instead of picking a date from the drop down Otherwise I love it                 Good Could be great Adam W 217

When I go to the Today screen found on the bar on the bottom and touch the date on the upper left hand corner the app crashes When I tried reopening the app it continued to work but it crashed again when I hit the calendar button Because I cannot see the calendar aspect of the app I cannot tell how well done it is However I know that it is not easy to get to I would recommend making it much simpler to access the calendar for the month and the year similarly to the calendar app that comes with the iPod In addition it should be much easier to delegate tasks and show tasks in process Not to mention an ability to forward and delete tasks as well Also this app should be available in an iPad version Overall I am disappointed in the level of attention given to this product and the unnecessary complexity of the app This app has so much potential but seems to be overlooked by Franklin Covey EDIT After FranklinCovey updated the app to fix the calendar icon I looked to see what other improvements were made but lo and behold the app is still not improved I sincerely believe that this app has huge potential but for one reason or another FranklinCovey does not want to invest in this product 1 The app still does not support iPad orientation 2 The app does not sync with the built in calendar app 3 The app only includes the ABC part of ABC 123 4 Delegating tasks is still very difficult and frustrating 5 Features such as important information is not included The FranklinCovey planner is a great tool that I still use I am looking to update from an iPod touch to iPad while replacing my planner with this app in the same move However I will not do this until this app is genuinely improved in the ways I and other reviewers have suggested         App Crashes When Touching Calendar EDITED John WT

The app is not a faithful reproduction of the Franklin Covey system as it does not rank tasks below the letter level More importantly it has several persistent bugs The task entry system requires you to enter and save each task first and then go in to edit letter prioritization and assign the task to a role It occasionally crashes when the role dialog is selected Secondly it syncs inconsistently resulting in different versions of task lists on the server side versus on the iPhone It also doesn t support recurring tasks this feature is blank within the app Barring dramatic improvements I will not be buying a subscription when the trial is over     Subpar and buggy Patchiecorn

Tried to set up repeating tasks but this function does not work on my iphone I also have been a Franklin planner user since the 1990 s I choose not to upgrade     Unable to repeat tasks dissat'fied

I use this app almost every day It meets most my needs I m writing the app at three stars because of one bug The issue arises when I sort my tasks by my priority on one device to find they don t sink on the other device This is caused me to do all my work on my iPhone only and not be able to take a advantage of the app on my iPad With this latest release I ve also found that I am unable to set up the reoccurrence Once I get these two items fixed I would be happy to give this a four star rating To get it to a five star rating I would like to see them add a calendar rather than a scroll wheel when changing the date of the task so I know what day the week I m changing my date to             App has a lot of possibilities and some bugs Shadowmb

Used to use Franklin Covey planners religiously Once I purchased my iphone I searched for apps to replace my planner Haven t found anything that does everything however this app isn t even close especially with high cost of syncing I ve been using 2Do for years Far superior offering for one time much lower price that includes syncing     Big disappointment Peaceful Endeavor

This system is really lacking The ABC 123 priority ranking is critical to the Franklin Covey time management system yet it is not there This is an iPhone only app Its almost 2014 people get with the program The sync is only for Gmail and Outlook no Dropbox integration and this is all targeted to force you to buy the paid for subscription model A dismal failure when you consider what this company once was     No Prioritization No Dropbox Sync No iPad add Jim.Kelly

Ascetically it s superior to that other Covey esque app named after the guy on the 100 bill and I especially like the Big Rocks feature The two major weaknesses are the lack of a Search option which is huge and the fact that all daily notes are merged together w out any daily separation Old Franklin Quest users who like the Daily Record of Events found in the old paper version will likely be disappointed         Can t Search Unladen Swallow
