I fall asleep in the middle of this everytime It s a perfect nighttime meditation Not sure if it s working on my brain or not but it s worth it just for the deep sleep Love it Chjigddvnkj

None of the visualizations will play Also the preexercise which is one of my favorite is actually Burn Fat Now I thought they were different visualizations I was super excited about this app but now Im worried I wasted my money Wont play and wrong track

I started about a week ago and I can only go by what I have been told today that I look brighter and more full of life So I can then deduce that it is definitely working because I have a thick medical history chuck full of stuff I have been doing the evening and morning visualization everyday without missing a beat in the morning during my 15 minute train ride and every night at bed time Only twice have I heard the evening visualization to the end Im asleep half way through and I had a difficult sleep cycle before So yes this is a very good app My visualizations are getting clearer to see and have acquired texture There is progress Love love it

This is an amazing companion to The Gabriel Method book The guided meditations and visualizations give me amazing energy and are more effective than when I do them on my own Apparently the app has been upgraded and that has fixed the looping issue that others have mentioned This is truly a musthave app MustHave Companion to The Gabriel Method Book

Hi I really like the app and would love to use it more but the visualization do not stop when over and the app closes out when the screen goes into sleep mode Like it but has some issues

The app is great but I really have concentration problems so its hard for me but I think its a great app so I keep trying and I cant wait to see the results Jon gabriel visualisation app

Ive only just started using the nightly meditation but I wish I had started sooner I really believe in the power of visualization and have had great success with it but Jons visualization is so succinct and more powerful than anything Ive heard before I hear myself repeating in my head during the day all of the powerful words he uses I feel Im on the tip of something really life changing and am excited The app is great and Jons work is awesome A few months later follow up review These visualizations are the single most powerful thing I have done to transform my body My body is finally changing with ease and it feels like that lifelong struggle is over Ive never been so assured of my success and it feels so thrilling Absolutely Awesome

The app works quite well I like and appreciate the clean nononense design and ease of use Two thumbs up Works flawlessly

We so wanted to love this product however found the cadence of the 3 word phrase bright white light and its VERY frequent use so much of a distraction that we had to stop the program We noticed it in the 2nd meditation and were disappointed to hear it in the 3rd4th5th almost as if it was the same exact meditation I will say that the first meditation we did was the 30 minute Evening meditation it was fantastic I hope our feedback can help diversify in the future Distraction within meditation

I love Johns visualizations I listen to them every day But there are frustrations about the app They dont stop when they are finished they just start over again Which doesnt work if you fall asleep to the nighttime visualization I also wish I could have access to the 21day visualization package that I have already purchased and maybe the audio recordings of Johns book Love the concept but app needs work

I love having Johns visualization meditation on an app But I really wish that it didnt loop back to the beginning because usually have already fallen asleep and am jerked awake by his louder voice in the beginning Great meditation but stop the repeat

Developer team responded rapidly when a glitch broke the link to InApp purchases In the meantime customer service sent a link to the content This is impressive and I think speaks well for their long term goals When the fix was in a press of the download button for each visualization started speedy downloads and all play perfectly BTW the visualizations are very well done both content and production I will continue to use this App and explore further uses too Great Care

Finally got working bed phones to wear to listen at night and now none of the visualizations purchased or free will play What a ripoff So Disappointed

I have an iPhone 6 and the visualizations were playing just fine then today they simply wont play What gives quit playing

I find Jon Gabriels voice to have a soothing tone but he talks way too fast in little bursts of phrases with pauses to make it seem slow Is that relaxing I dont think so If he were to slow down his speech rate I would consider a purchase Talks to Fast

This is an amazing app for relaxation and guided visualization Like other reviewers have said the tracks automatically loop For those of us who listen to this before bed its eery waking up to Jons voice three hours after falling asleep Love the content hate the tech

I had the same issue after the update so I deleted the app from my phone and when I re downloaded it from the App Store all the content was returned and now it works perfect no more looping I feel this app is the missing key to my weight loss successI love it Heres the fix after the update

I love Jons meditations and would love to give this app 5 stars but as so many other reviewers have said the meditations need to stop once theyve played At the very least they should stop at the end although Id love to see options to select repeat if you choose or to create playlists to play 2 or more in succession However I am also aware that may be asking too much from a free app I dont think that asking that a track not be on an infinite loop is too much though I hope to see that change in the first update Repeat Issue

I absolutely love this app I am currently reading the GabrielMethod visualizations book so having this means I can start immedietly working on the methods prescribed in the book It would be super cool if the app had a recorder so that you could record some of your own visualization scripts and mix them with the same brainwave music that is in the Gabriel recordings I have been trying to do this with other recorder apps but mixing them with music is not easy I do hope that they will keep adding other recordings in the future I am loving this

I have recently become a user of the Gabriel Method and this app has been an amazing tool in the process I use the evening visualization each evening and use the other visualizations during the day Each visualization is helpful The sound quality is extremely clear on my iPhone 5 Having the visualization tracks on my phone in app form has been invaluable allowing me to easily access the visualizations not only at home but also when traveling Thank you for making these so accessible I hope you will be adding the Balancing Blood Sugar and Get Thin or Be Eaten visualizations as well as a background music only track for creating my own visualizations Bottom line This app is so useful it has just left me wanting more An awesome app

I love listening to Jon Gabriels voice its so soothing to me I am happy that he made all of his audio sessions available in one convenient place My favorite is the evening visualization and I was excited to have it here so I didnt have to thumb through my iTunes player to find it each night Then I was unfortunately surprised and disappointed to learn that the audio quality of the mp4 in the app was far inferior to the one in my iTunes player For some reason they over compressed that particular file and his voice kind of cracks in various places that make it impossible for me to listen to so back to my iTunes player for the evening visualization but the other tracks sound fine in the app Please keep adding new ones App offers convenience

I love the meditation tracks but the function is way below par Please fix the autolooping issue as many others have said as well It is really disrupting to fall asleep to the Evening Visualisation to then be woken by it still playing a few hours later Also I recently upgraded from an iPhone 5 to iPhone 6 and now none of the tracks play at all Autolooping disruptive doesnt play on iPhone 6

After the upgrade the app didnt work at all For those who had the same issues I deleted and then reinstalled it The visualizations I had purchased were no longer there so I went to the Get more tracks link and scrolled to the bottom clicked on Restore previous purchases and downloaded them again Works perfectly again Upgrade help

There is no option to loop either one visualization or a grouping of visualizations I have purchased several and some are only a few minutes long As I use these to fall asleep continuous play would be ideal Could be better

I got this app a few days ago and I love it I listen to the visualization meditation every night before bed I sleep like a baby and Im already noticing a difference Im not hungry between meals and experience fewer cravings Great App

As others have mentioned the app needs work My biggest disappointment is that I dont have access to content that I purchased 21 day weight loss on the app So now I have to use iTunes for that but this app for the visualizations Not a cohesive strategy for delivering content I would like it all in one place or the app is just not worth the trouble Good but needs work
