Cant open     Latest upgrade crashes

Seriously this shouldnt be a problem I absolutely love the articles but the fact that you cant watch videos in full screen is absolutely annoying and should be easily fixed I can watch videos if I have my phone on Friday but when I turn it sideways to watch it in fullscreen it does nothing and this needs to be addressed ASAP           Please Fix

UPDATE 52215 Queue problem was fixed but now it crashes if I try to look at the 3DS games Changed my rating from 2 to 3 stars Original Post I like the new interface but my Queue doesnt save once I leave the app Also If I move up a game movie from the bottom itll replace whatever was at the top to the bottom instead of bumping it down a single spot If this can get fixed the app will be great but for now its not           Getting Slightly Better

Honestly Ive had this app for many years but I only recently subscribed to Gamefly Before that I used this app solely to read Shacknews go to More and select News Its one of the best sources of straightforward and intelligently written industry news on the Interwebs                 Shacknews is freeand fantastic

With the latest update the game wont even start up Idiots over there developing the app Plain idiots     Game wont even start

The previous version of this app was amazing it had access to the bargain bin and prices were correct Now on the app update when the logo changed so did everything its like its not communicating with the site prices are off by almost 10 to purchase a game Ill be sticking to the website instead you should do the same     If its not broken dont fix it

My one star rating is strictly for the app It crashes ALL the time and it is impossible to get anything done without actually going to the website The actual game rental service in my opinion is phenomenal Ive never had an issue with it or felt like I was waiting to long for a game to show up It has always been very prompt But please get it together and fix your app     Horrible App GREAT service

Okay here it goes sigh I purchased Gamefly several years ago for my son and was really excited about the concept The problem back then was that they either didnt have enough warehouses or enough staff to keep up with the demand After sending a game back it was anybodys guess as to when the next one in my Queue would arrive I eventually cancelled and vowed not to return because I also found the customer service representatives to be abrasive which I think says a lot coming from me because Im a pretty reasonable guy Recently my son asked if we could try Gamefly one more time I did some research and found that they now have a distribution center in the Seattle area fairly close to our home so I figured that the turn around time would probably have improved It didnt take long to discover that it hadnt I no longer subscribe to Netflix but they are the perfect model for how this service should function I dont know how you can screw this up but for whatever reason we are always waiting on a game They take forever and a day To top it off I cant even manage my Que from the app What a joke Save your money because one day theyre gonna have some competition and it will bury them unless they step up their game and start putting some effort into their service Good luck and thanks for listening to my rant        GAMEFLY IS JUNK

On the gamefly desktop website you are able to put the games in your Game Q in whatever order you want However you cant do that in this app Please add this           Request

What permission errors I am the owner of my account and I went on the desktop version and enabled all that I can enable I cant even add a E game to my Q 610 Just now I am able to edit my Q on mobile safari Still cant on mobile version 630 STIILLLcant edit my Q on the app     STILL Permission errors

Why would you fix something that doesnt need to be fixed it worked great but now it wont even open great job gamefag team for saying you fixed and patched up some bugs when you just ruined the app completely I think someone needs to find a new job and while your at it how about investing into a an app tester before submitting your bug fix claiming its better what a bunch of mowtards lol     Ok really GAMEFLY 6plus crash

This app used to be useful A couple updates ago came a big UI overhaul and they took away any kind of useful filtering on searches Now if I want to see whats upcoming for example I have to sift through all genres Additionally much of the information does not fit onto the cells and is cut off I waited another update to see if youd fix the problems before I gave a negative review but you didnt Please just bring back the old version It was so much better     Bring the old one back please
