This app is completely fail I filed uneven pavement and potholes at 16481 16899 camino Del Norte since there was no action to fix it for at least almost 9 years the response that I got within minutes was CLOSED requested outside service area then who s supposed to be in charge of fixing this road You guys are busy having politics at each other claiming this isn t your road and that belongs to another county while the residents around there are paying the price     Closed within minutes of submission Moomoo tan

This app is worthless I ve now reported Ollie Venus street near me several times as being a complete disgrace and all this app does is delete my reports and nothing gets fixed The streets I report are completely covered in tired rim bending potholes as well as a dumping ground for old cars and people living in beat up RV s Have also noticed recently that the app or whoever runs it just goes through and closes ALL reports at the same time without anything getting fixed With some of the highest taxes in the country I d love to know where the hell our money goes bc it certainly isn t to infrastructure     CITY DOESN T DO ANYTHING Kgrabowski0206

I heard of this app when I called in to report a traffic light problem I now submitted a street sweeping and a bike path flod ticket Let s see if they will get addressed The app demonstrates that the city wants to make it easier to report issues and it s doing just that Please don t rate the app low if you don t get an issue resolved The app is pretty basic does exactly what it s supposed to do Thank you for it keep up the good work                     Easiest way to report issues in San Diego Doneko

Nice to take a picture and place the report when you have more time Easy to use not overly complicated City responce is useless if you live in a poorer area seems to work well for the rich folks Reported 6 to 10 RV s living on the street dumping sewer in storm drains littering 2 or more times a week for 3 months nothing done Paint a curb or fill a pot hole 5 stars otherwise why waste your time nothing gets done     App is well made City Responce is worthless Disallusioned user
