This app costs money to use There is nothing free Tried to edit 1 image and it wanted money Dont waste your time unless you want to spend money within the app     This is not free

I really wanted this app to be amazing like everyone said it was but I submitted a picture it hasnt come back in 15 hours and I only asked for 2 things changed I hope when it gets back its an amazing edit because Ill be really disappointed        time

I downloaded the app and I bought one edit for my picture It says you should get the picture within like 15 minutes or whatever But its been 2 weeks and I havent gotten my picture    

First this is not your typical app where you do things yourself This is an app to facilitate a service professional photo touchups Those complaining about the cost clearly no nothing about this I had headshots taken for a work conference but Im just not the most photogenic person I asked for my teeth whitened and my cheeks slimmed down a bit It took more than a couple minutes more like a couple of hour but still same day and I got the edited photo back I hated it because it looked fake as if my face had been pasted in my torso from another photo I replied to the email because it said they want to make sure their customers are 100 satisfied I gave more specific details of what I liked and didnt like and what I got back this time in minutes was perfect and looked natural Bottom line Be super spermicide in your notes to the editor There is after all a real person working for you on the other side The more they know about what you want and dont want the better the result                 Fantastic Service

The integrity of the person or persons running this app is highly questionable Ive used the app a couple of times and it was okay The problem came when I asked if they could edit multiple wedding photos because my husband is self conscious about some weight on his face I spoke to Louisa Imperiale via email and she said Just email me the photos and I will take care of them for you I added them to a Dropbox invited her and she viewed the photos I followed up with her three times over the course of a month and she just ignored my messages Extremely unprofessional     Be very wary

I put three pictures for editing Two of them I got a lot of extras for total of about 25 I got notifications that they were done but photos didnt show up This was a week ago and Ive emailed customer service three times and have not gotten a response once     Ripoff
