App crashes immediately after launch in iOS7 Please update App not iOS7 compatible

Used to work and since iOS update it crashes on startup Sure wish it couls work again As much as I pay them every month it SHOULD work Doesnt work

First off I love GFI Just because their app is terrible does not mean I do not like them However this app has never worked right for me From day one not everything would load and what did load took forever for it to come up I found it much easier to just open the dashboard in my Safari rather than use this lame excuse for an app Just terrible

Come on guys As others have reviewed since IOS 8 this app has been rough to say the least How about a major overhaul It was a business staple

This app is horribly designed You cant set the time zone so its always confusing Client Site navigation is wonky Hasnt been updated since well before the name change away from GFI What a lazy effort overall They clearly dont respect us as paying clients Poorly designed Mostly worthless

This app was functional prior to I OS 8 I will be the first to admit it is difficult to work on a small keyboard such as the iPhone however in an emergency situation this app would allow for access to the system and you could do pretty much anything a desktop could do providing your eyes could handle the strain Not anymore Now you can no longer select clients from the server or the workstation list really all you can do is review clients from the problems list It has been weeks since the new iOS was released and Im very disappointed to see that there is still no upgrade for this application App was functional

Nice to display monitored systems status but not a lot of functionality we have high hopes that more capabilities will be added to at least match some of the dashboard capabilities Hasnt worked since iOS 7 beta 2

Reported bug on mini retina ios7 of getting stuck on problem screen a year ago Gave details on how to reproduce Waited a year for the next update and issue is still not fixed Every time I use it I have to open in airplane mode get the warning message that it cant communicate then turn off airplane mode and its good to use until I close it again Aggravating considering I pay every month for this functionality Mini retina issues still

Its not like the developer didnt have access to the ios7 sdk before launch Most of my apps had new versions ready for the iOS7 launch Hopefully a new version comes soon Does not even open iOS 7

I use the GFI dashboard for administrative work almost every day and it would be incredibly helpful if there was a similar version even a clone for the iPad As it is now I cant see all of my clients I cant see any specific problems I cant access the checks etc I would PAY for an app that did as good a job as the GFI web dashboard but right now this app is hard to use and horribly ineffective could definitely use an overhaul

So I just tried using this for the first time ever Im on iOS 81 iPhone 6 I cant change to a different company Whats the point of this app if I cant do remote support for any clients other than the first in the list Last updated almost a year ago Come on guys keep up with technology UPDATE 1222014 The app for iPhone was updated so that I can select clients in the list I am no longer able to select clients on my iPad though I added a star for the functionality on my iPhone Ill make it a 5star review when the iPad works Whatever is worse than worthless this app is that

I use a wide variety of GFI products on a daily basis and generally like them all however this App is in desperate need of removal from the App Store It was very disappointing to not have a functional App to deliver a GFI MAX GUI to my iPad Connecting through Safari works but I sure wish GFI would fix this bug Not Impressed

Open your GFI Max web page Click the Settings menu Select General Settings Go down to API Enter your email into the Email API Token to This will send the API Token and the web URL for your site to your email Copy the two and paste them into the app Then turn on all the settings till you decide which ones you dont want How to Setup

Like others who have reviewed this app I am very disappointed with this aging inadequate product Look at the last update date GFI as a company is great to work with and most of their tools are good to great But the app especially on iOS 8 is now practically useless Come on GFI Max disappointment

This is a handy app made by GFI It is only good for viewing issues on the machines that you monitor I would like to see some more functionality out of this app in the near future It needs to have some kind of ability to push updates and do other admin functions Another great app is PC monitor it will allow you to monitor three machines for free It also gives you the ability as an administrator to push out updates and check fan speeds et cetera et cetera GFI should model that app Great app

This app works great iOS 6 and below Its been a year guys please update so we can use it on iOS 7 the majority of installs out there and now iOS 8 is out I use this specifically to monitor critical clients when I am in the field and handle problems before we get a helpdesk call Its a pain having to carry an iOS 6 device just for this besides that love gfi Please fix or open source the app and let us fix it most providers are developers as well Please update

I have been using gfi for some time now and love their simplified approach to MSP This app really is the icing on the cake for my company It is offered free to current users and integrates nicely with the dashboard Id love to see the ability to make patch approvals updates force reboots etc added in the future but even this readonly interface is a phenomenal benefit to my techs Keep up the good work guys Great software and great app

Used the app a few times the functionality was overwhelming at all Limited features Now the app wont work at all It opens but thats it it never loads my customer info App stopped working

This app on 802 is absolutely worthless On an iPhone 6 Plus it wont even allow you to choose different clients Im stuck with the one first in the alphabet For a software developer this is unbelievably poor GFI Useless

Simply put it does not work The app is horrible It does not load your servers and workstations and the one time it did load everything froze Need a major revamp Horrible app
