To the people having issues with this appit has a report problemsemail button I had a problem Graciemag responded within a few days and told me how to fix it Great support from them and its a nice app to read the magazine since I sometimes cant get it at my news stand Thumbs up              Problems

Doesnt save your place in the issue youre reading Every time you open up your iPad you have to scroll through an issue to find where you left off Very frustrating Please fix this Thanks              Almost perfect

I bought three of the electronic magazines All in English I was charged 1299 for the first magazine even though it said it was only 699 The other two I was only charged the normal 699 After the update the magazines that I had bought were all gone and I can not get them back so basically I wasted a lot of money for nothing I really like their magazine but I feel really betrayed that I am turning up empty handed after this little experiment into digital magazines I will not buy another emag from them again or use this app again     waste of money

Ive had this app for a couple of weeks and have not been able to download any of the issues I have purchased I have tried contacting them for any kind of support but have still not heard back from them So far it has only been a waste of time and money Do not get this app     Cannot download an issue

I have purchased and subscribed over a year ago and still can not download a single magazine and zero response to my multiple emails     Cant Download

This app is terrible I purchased a one year subscription and was never able to download a single issue GracieMag customer support has not responded I had to request a refund through iTunes for the one year subscription that never materialized Its amazing that GracieMag cant make this work when every other jiu jitsu magazine can And at half the price     Deplorable

I spent the 2999 on a 6 month subscription and after 4 months I havent been able to download 1 issue and it took 4 months to get a response from tech support And when I did they told me to buy the issues for 699 and they issue me an apple gift card When I asked for my money back they said they could not do that I was extremely excited for this mag but have been extremely disappointed No body pay anything for this app     Cant get one issue

1299 for a magazine Are you freaking kidding me What a rip off At least give the users one free issue to see what the magazine is like        Way too expensive

As a Gracie Black Belt I was very happy to see Gracie Mag released as an iPad application Congratulations good start Still there are improvements to be made 1 CON Listing of issues in reverse chronological order is missing as you can see from the screenshots here in iTunes you have issue 164BR followed by 160EN followed by 161EN I just got an email about the release of issue 167 and opened Gracie Mag App to find it wasnt listed in the All Issues tab it was listed in the Featured tab 2 CON Navigation performance is very slow Theres often a delay of 2 to 3 seconds between swipe and navigation 3 CON As another reviewer notice the application doesnt save your reading place If you leave the app and return youre presented with the default screen again I cant think of one single reading application on the iOS platform that doesnt save your place 4 PRO Despite the shortcomings its GREAT to have the magazine available on the iPad Bravo The apps author Luca is very responsive and having had an email exchange with him Im confident were going to see continual improvements              Good start still improvements to be done

Update from my previous problems The app is still crashing for some reason on my iPad and GracieMag has not been able to reproduce the problem However they did make things right by me It seems that some people have had great luck with the app i just wasnt one of them           App Crashes for Me but GracieMag Made Things Right

I purchased a subscription yet they have not released a new issue in months This is just unacceptable     Deserves 0 stars
