Just downloaded the newest update Dec 2 2017 of this app and it still doesn t let me do a deposit I tried doing a deposit from an iphone 6 and iPhone X with its latest software updates This problem has lasted WAY too long     STILL doesn t work Kevin2112

This app is good however if you don t use it several times a month the iPhone finer print feature drops out way to often so plan on having to enter your password Unfortunately that one feature needs to be revisited by app programmers             Not Perfect George6225?

This app is completely useless So is GTE I have made three phone calls to pay my bill which now charges a fee to pay them money I kept getting referred to this app which does absolutely nothing useful     The Worst Nexus6andy

Why in the world would you not include the ability to make principal payments For the life of me I cannot understand This is one of the most used features Also why is it so difficult to get tech support         Missing pieces 3Dolla

I love that we can see pending transactions but it seems there is a glitch where sometimes it shows only some of the pending transactions Also it doesn t let me transfer over half of the time with no reason other then sorry can t right now Please fix the transfer and transactions and this app will be great             Almost great Don't download this app. Waste of time.

First off I ve been waiting for this app to come out for as long as probably everyone else The delays were a pain but I figured they wanted to perfect it I m glad it s finally here and overall it s a pretty good app but it s missing some simple things in my opinion When you deposit a check you don t get a mobile deposit confirmation number like you did with the Deposit2GO app So now you have no reference or confirmation number if for some reason your deposit didn t go through When you take a picture of the check you can t tap the screen anymore you have to contort your fingers to push the button on the bottom right corner Then after you take the pics of your check you have to manually add the amount of the check On the Deposit2GO app it automatically detected the amount written on the check Next I feel like the app itself just looks dated and boring Not to mention when you are looking at the transaction page you almost can t tell what is what For instance all of the numbers and backgrounds are all the same color I like how it s done on the computer version where deposits are green and withdraws are black The computer version has a different section with pending transactions on the computer and on the app it s just a slightly different color background than the rest Its just very cluttered in my opinion I love the fact that they have incorporated Touch ID into the app log in but why do we have to have the first 4 characters of the username showing in order to use it Makes no sense to me security wise I know it doesn t show the password but why give someone access to the first 4 digits of anything when you can just use your thumb to confirm everything Despite all these gripes and short falls I do like the app overall I m sure these are things that will get fixed and smoothed out in time at least I hope             It s ok Maksymo

I was only able the use the app for two days I keep getting an error message of A system error has occurred to call 888 871 2690 which no one can trouble shoot why I am now not able to use the app now         Loved the App Jasinski House

Why would I want to use a mobile banking app that won t allow me to connect via a VPN Nobody should be transacting over public wifi without security and encryption I use a third party VPN at all times and I can t get to the login I won t use until this is resolved     Does not allow connection via VPN Eggman359
