Used this app on my trip to San Antonio twice Both times the cabs arrived in less than 5 minutes I was impressed The map does not seem to refresh with the exact locations of your cab It is also said a cab was 1 minute away which was inaccurate Overall it works                 Works Mhobizal

Had a ride scheduled for 6 15 AM Trip was accepted at 5 49 AM and went to completed after two minutes with a 0 01 fare for no distance Had to call they denied anything was wrong at 6 25 and said my driver was still coming They ended up dispatching someone else at 6 35 Just call for a ride the app is less than worthless     Just call instead Sticks210

I waited for a taxi and it said 15 minutes for over an hour No one ever came The cab companies ran Lyft and Uber out of town so this is literally all they have This company is a total joke     Waited waited and Waited Matt Lief Anderson

App is a joke compared to Uber and Lyft Yellow Cab does not guarantee pick up times our scheduled cab arrived 20 minutes late no realtime cab tracking interface would look great in 2005 on windows mobile but shows its age in 2015 Address search is lacking When I called yellow cab to ask for status all a message would tell me is your request has been revived and a cab will be sent your way shortly Horrible customer service when I m 20 minutes late to dinner on my anniversary Luckily the app only crashed for me twice that evening Just call much better response times than using the app     App is a Joke compared to Uber RyeWit

This app is barely functional It takes an unreasonable amount of time from when a booking is accepted until the time that the taxi actually starts moving toward the pickup location I have had several bookings where my location is accurately depicted on the map shown to the driver in the taxi yet the driver has passed my location because they are using separate navigation on a standalone GPS or their phone What good is this app if the drivers can t find me Also several drivers either don t know how to accept the integrated app payment or pretend not to know so they can double charge or be paid in cash This app and overall process of booking a cab needs improvement badly         Not very good DFW Transplant

I tried getting a cab after 3am and noting they don t even answer the phone they have the nerve to run uber out of town and I get very bad service and piss poor service every time     Horrible service Thomas Urbina

The app is good but I think calling the cab company would be just as effective I am unable to schedule anything in using iOS 8 except for now When I click the option to change it the app crashes Also even though I put my credit card data in the cabby always asks for a credit card and then runs it Would rather not put my card info in the system if I still have to produce a card at the end         Unable to schedule Lfint

It did get me a cab Entering addresses is cumbersome Although it looks like you could you can t just paste in an address You have to type in the street number on one line then enter the street name on another line or else it just sits there with the only option being to cancel and start over         It works clumsily austinpoobah

Just used this app while visiting San Antonio for several days and it was great Having never been to the area we were a little unsure about the ability to hail a cab but this app took care of that Was able to easily book a cab and see it s progress Each cab driver called briefly just to confirm exactly where we were at The tracking of the cab that was on its way didn t seem to be a live one it would update if I got in and out of the app though A small thing All in all it worked seamlessly and is an awesome tool I especially love that you can pick specific businesses and not just use GPS locations                     Awesome tool PLeMaster2

No more calling by phone to book a cab keep your favorite places and even schedule pick up at specific time The last update 2 1 has a minor issue though Now that credit card info can be saved in app to pay the cab drivers need to be trained on the proper use of security code for payment That aside it still works great                     It dies what is supposed to LoneHusky
