Just download downloaded this app and tried logging in 5 times Didnt recognize me Does not work with HSA

This app is ridiculous to even advertise Its never worked in the two years Ive had it and even after talking with optum support many times Optum app is a joke

Keeps saying username and password dont match But no problem thru safari Makes no sense Cant login

I tried to use this app to access my HSA and it does not work I called service representatives at Optum Bank and they verified this fact Hopefully they will be able to change this service in the future Does not work with HSA Health Savings Account

Multiple attempts to log in with correct information and will not log me in Waist of time Cannot even log in

Followed login instructions love the convenience Great App

I got invalid username password message so I called Customer Service They said the app was not for HSA and to use browser to go to website instead VERY ODD that app screen snap shows HSA not for HSA

I have tried numerous times to log on without success Optumhealthservices

This app worked great for me I was able to setup my own username and password by following the directions after logging into the website and I had no problem checking my balance and claim status Its convenient to scan and upload receipts using my phones camera and makes reimbursements even faster than before This definitely makes it easier to manage my account Works great
