I use this in church Works great                 Love it Floorr817
App works but not for long         Needs Updating markbyrn
It works fine when using wired headset but I am unable to get the app open with a Bluetooth headset it just crashes every time             Works but app crashes when trying to use with Bluetooth headset Shiva Hemant
All it does is pause the music and cause volume to be unadjustable     Doesn t work Moorgan Hart
All I could hear was my own voice booming     Did nothing Erased after trying it once Dan XXX
I cannot see the three band equaliser When I open the app immediately closes or crash         It Keeps Crashing Titonitri
Worked great with Jack headphones but with Bluetooth wireless the app crashes Help             Help Sunnie285

Please update software so that the application works with Bluetooth headphones         Update Needed AJL78108
Decided to give this app a shot to talk to my grandma who lost hearing in her right ear and most hearing in her left ear after a stroke Shouting was frustrating and didn t work well Popped headphones on her and tried the app works great Exactly what I needed Thank you so much                     Works with Grandma LinLorienelen
Not worth the time     Bad Dragonkiller164
It does amplify sound okay but as with all such apps I ve tried so far there is an echo effect due to the latency I haven t been able to get this or any other hearing app to pair with my bluetooth headphones which is probably just as well because I have read that latency with bluetooth headphones is even worse             Too much latency doesn t work with bluetooth Karensky54
Crashes when used with Bluetooth headset             Crash Despicable meh
epic fail     You can t control the volume Logie One Canobie
This helps me to understand things even better than using my hearing aids in some situations Suggestion Add an option to switch to the built in microphone for sound input This would avoid noise introduction when sitting with earphones as I move around I could also then aim my phone at who I am listening to                     Works great GuyLG
Works great on iPod and iPad                 Title abzyd
My mother in law is hospitalized Her expensive hearing aids are adjusted too far down for her to hear conversations She is unable to go back to the audiologist until her health improves As an interim solution this app has been outstanding It allows her to be truly back in the conversation I haven t tried it but believe this would also be an excellent app for those whose hearing doesn t quite work in restaurants with the background noise Wearing earbuds may look a little quirky but it would be well with it to be back hearing your dinner mates I love the concept of the app                     A Little Miracle Spock99
Seems to work well             Good App taysarsal
Doesn t seem to work with iOS 8 I try and open but it just keeps force closing Please fix I use this app a lot     iOS 8 Incompatibility atr2p
After installing this app on my iPhone 5 and spending some time testing its functionality I discovered that tapping the Replay button consistently closed crashed this app I also was disappointed that the app s amplification is insufficient I tested by setting the volume very low on my TV about 10 feet away so that I could just barely hear and understand the dialog In Far mode at maximum volume and mid range at its highest setting the app amplified the sound just slightly louder than the TV In Near mode there was no discernible difference Based on these issues I can give this app only 3 stars             Replay closes app Don in FL
Every time I hit the replay button the app crashes and must be restarted Otherwise works fairly well             Crash Blipjockey
HearYouNow Review 2 I recently tested this app on my new iPhone 5S It did poorly But it has come to light that the volume level on the iPhone 5 is lower than that on previous iPhone generations iPhone 4S 4 etc So I am testing the HearYouNow app on my 3 year old iPhone 4 I will post a 3rd review after testing Apparently all of the hearing aid apps have static in the background which I find annoying I hope that in the future someone can fix that I also hope that there will be a way to filter out sudden loud sounds such as a cough which can be excessive painful especially when the reason you re using the app is to keep TV sounds to a minimum for a sleeping partner Am I asking for too much when the app developers are totally dependent on Apple s development of the iPhone s sound system hardware software Perhaps But I don t think so While the app developers are dependent on Apple for quality craftsmanship Apple is dependent on the developers to bring quality applications to the user And the user or customer is the one who makes the ultimate decision on whether or not to purchase the iPhone When I compare the iPhone iPad apps to the Windows 8 devices apps shudder I find there is no comparison The Apple devices their apps are so far superior to Windows 8 that I doubt Windows will ever catch up But I believe that Apple needs to improve the iPhone sound system And the developers need to improve the hearing aid apps because none of them are really superior in quality And when you are dealing with one of the 5 senses quality is everything                     Testing on the iPhone 4 CatGoneBad
It opens and 3 seconds later it closes Will not start up even after closing the app and reinstalling     Won t work Mr. Re 777
Works well to talk to someone you otherwise have to yell at such as a partly deaf person who has forgotten their hearing aid or who can t adjust their hearing aid to make it stop squealing If you are basicly talking loudly into their ear give them your earbuds or a set of headphones set the volume to low and then let them tell you how much volume they need You talk into the Iphone normally Always be careful trying it out on yourself it can be painfully loud in a moment                 Its basicly works Mrs Haze
Yes yes yes worth the time to download As a bird watcher this is mauvelous A great tool for those who need audio help in church services Would give it 10 stars                     On the money Barney Custer

Great app works wonderfully                     Awesome I can totally hear you now catlovescats123
Installed app but doesn t show up on phone to use it     No I can t hear you can t find you Cowboystrim
App works as presented With earbuds plugged in and in near mode sound inside of the room are plainly heard Nd amplified Near mode seems to cut out a lot of background noise I was astonished to discover that there is SOME functionality with Bluetooth wireless headphones LG Tone Performance was no where near as solid as with wired earbuds but it was working Other apps of this type have not worked with wireless headphones Quite impressed Would be five stars if wireless headphones performed better There is nothing in the description or in the app that suggests that it will work with wireless headphones as a matter of fact the app doesn t recognize that headphones are even present but as mentioned above basic function was there                 Works as advertised Blergous
This app works pretty well Up close like in a classroom you can hear what people wisper Long distance isnt great but it can only do what an iTouch is capable of                 Pretty cool Claplume
It works so well I could head what s neighbor says it was said but other than it it works well especially if you are super stickpins about someone                     Can hear you now People talk
epic fail     You cant control the volume
