Ive been a customer of Hello Fresh for a while now I get a box with 3 meals for two every other week and I like around 90 of the recipes With the app is so much easier to handle my account choose my meals and cook with my iPad right alongside why to go Hello Fresh                 Love Hello Fresh

Ever since the update it wont even open Ill click on the app itll go to the opening scene then just shuts down Fix this please     Does NOT open

Couldnt be happier with the freshness of the produce and the simplicity of the recipes Definitely worth every penny Theres no way you can be disappointed Enjoy                 Delicious

I have to write a review for this because the customer service was so top notch Quick and responsive The app was a little buggy for me but Im not known to be the most tech savvy I made a few mistakes but they got them corrected super quickly I love that all of the recipe cards are there so you can see the steps and decide if you are up for that cooking adventure or not And the boxes have always been fresh I am in love with this service                 A customer service

The food is great App is extremely easy to navigate Their customer service was prompt efficient and worked really hard to help resolve a minor issue Would recommend this to everyone Love it                 Awesome

This app has the full recipes cards you just have to swipe thru correctly lets you change your meal schedule and meal selection and sends a notification when meal selection is open if you allow notifications Plus you have this great meal service helping you with time not spent in multiple grocery stores and keeping you healthy and your taste buds happy                 All the features of full website plus helpful notifications

What is new in this version They just changed the place to see My subscription We still not able to change the credit card information through the app Still need some improvement           Upgraded

If the recipes included all ingredients and listed what equipment was required like the paper recipes we receive with the boxes this app would be much better I try to use this to decide which items to order but I frequently feel surprised by requirements or ingredients I was not expecting              Recipes are incomplete

The app is ok and Im sure it will get better Theres a timing issue with pausing a shipment close to the cutoff time With an hour or so left I couldnt edit my sub via the app Also its really difficult to tell if I should be receiving a shipment this week or if I skipped it The menu selection and calendar view from the web page are much easier to use           Still Use The Website

Hate to think up meals and loathe grocery shopping This solved two of my problems I also eat better now                 Good stuff for the busy person

I love Hello Fresh but I love the app even more because I can shop to replicate a favorite recipe with my menu and ingredients right at hand                 Very handy app

I gave it 3 stars since I love the product I cant rate the app since it crashes every time I open it and I couldnt find anyplace to give feedback           Crashes

I was very impressed with my first and following boxes from HelloFresh Everything needed for the recipes except olive oil salt and pepper is included in each box The recipe instructions are clear and easy to follow The only reason I didnt give them five stars is because of the amount of time required for each recipe 30 min minimum most have been 3540 minutes from start to table With my health problems that is a little too long Each week three meals come A little over a week before the box arrives I get an email letting me know what the three meals will be with two alternatives to choose from if I dont like one or two of the chosen meals I can also choose to opt out of a week if I want or need to do so I think the prices are very reasonable for what I get They are good healthy recipes with filling portions for each person Thank you HelloFresh for being such a great company with impressive and easy service and product              Good food Great instructions

Food is fantastic Reasonably priced App makes it very easy to order Most recipes require 3040 minutes prep time so this is not quick meals but food is great quality and healthy Recipes easy to follow                 Excellent healthy meals Be prepared to work

I want to start by saying hello fresh is a wonderful service that my family loves I do need to address issues in the app though It is very hard to navigate through your meals I use the app on my iPhone 6 and find it is difficult to find what meals are being delivered for the current week or change the meals for future weeks Please consider making the app a little bit more friendly to use for subscribers Thank you        App review the service Hate the app

Great recipes Reuse the recipes family is happy Cost is just about the same as if we bought ingredients at the store                 LOVE IT

The recipes often times are wrong have typos or have even left off key ingredients Makes it really hard for the everyday home cook to follow It also would be nice to comment on the meals To see how others are modifying the recipes and also to call out these sorts of errors And as someone else had already commented the account information tab should be updated to allow edits to payment type And it would also be nice to see referral credit status on the sharing tab           Love the food and service but the app needs improvement

Love cooking to food Everything has been so yummy and fun to try My husband and I have actually started making date nights to cook together The food is fresh great quality and so good to eat                 Fresh and Fun

The app makes it so easy to pick my selections or look up recipes Very user friendly                 Love this service and the app is great

Needs to be able to change your payment information as well as allow you to see your credit from referrals I just started so I will see if I continue to like it           Needs more

Great app to go along with a great service I love that I can go back and find recipes for the meals we liked and recreate them              Superfresh

Our first order showed up with a good portion of the vegetables spoiled We requested a refund but they didnt grant it so we canceled the service immediately They proceeded to charge our card again and send yet another box weve blocked them from making future charges with our credit card company We were able to make one of the meals tandoori chicken and it was decent though a little bland We wont be ordering from here again        Food showed up spoiled

Got my first box yesterday Made the Tandoori chicken it was delightful                 Yum

This is a waste of money The food arrived spoiled     Crap

I liked the version that worked This one does NOT I can swipe up and down to view my recipes for the week but as soon as I swipe right the app crashes Over and over and over again Ive tried restarting my phone the app etc nothing works Please fix this asap     Crashes Completely useless

Happy that the app exists Makes it very easy to see what is coming and select the meals for the week To be fully functional it needs and easy way to track the order and shipment status from their kitchen to my doorstep              Overall useful

Im so thankful for this service I needed to loose weight and started Weight Watchers I hated to cook but quickly realized that eating out wasnt going to work its so fattening My doctor recommended HelloFresh and Im hooked Its great tasting recipes fresh food and easy to make Ive always been intimated by recipes with more than four ingredients and would get overwhelmed at the grocery store trying to buy everything for a meal or two HelloFresh has cured me of both I have recommended HelloFresh to several of my friends who want to eat and feed their family healthy food but either work and dont have time for or dont like to get everything together to cook a meal This service is a lifesaver                 Thank you for rescuing me
