Says it will put any content that is in your hipserv network on Apple TV That is clearly not the case It will only play mp4 which is nothing better than what ITunes already accepts I was hoping it would play any file type through my Apple TV Who knows maybe its me I couldnt find anything that was of help on there website either App crashes a lot too which is equally frustrating Not worth the money unless they fix this Apple TV

I paid the 999 to unlock media and to play more video types It connects to my home network drive and displays all my videos but doesnt play a single one I gave MKV AVI MPG MP4 WMV and this piece of crap says unsupported on everyone of them I want my money back This is a rip off I give it one star because I have to Waste of money

All my folders are messed up and pictures are tiny size I cant believe they expect 5 stars Not even close to two stars
Able to steam from my Netgear Stora and AirPlay to AppleTV only problem is when my device sleeps it stopspauses the stream If I connect to my Netgear Stora using Safari Im able to even turn off my phone or iPad to conserve battery and the steam still plays If this gets resolved its 4 or 5 stars from me Works mostly

This is first review for me where I give one star Lynksys advertised this app as the nice access point to smart wifi router Except going from version n to version the features just stopped working then started crashing the app and finally disappeared Now to access the router storage it requires DLNA paid access I glad I tried it first and it crashes the app So the next step is to uninstall Bye bye hipplay From bad to worse

I found this app through my new linksys router and let me tell you the access it makes you agree to is ridiculous and downright dangerous With all the info this app collects about your home network it is like handing keys to a burglar I DISAGREE to the termsword to the wise read access you are giving Concerned citizen
If you go through the reviews youll see that crashing happens to too many people This app is awesome But the features cost to much to add when it is this unstable Ive had this app on fresh installs of each iPad Mini OS8 iPhone 5 OS7 iPhone 5 OS8 and still it crashes on cloud services Having to put passwords in again afterwards becomes annoying The app has likely taken on so many services to connect to and so much code that the developers are pro having a difficult time to fix the bugs Would be great Too much crashes

This application is working like a dream for me In fact Im using it now to stream music while writing this review I have thousands of pictures on my NAS and the sorting options make it a breeze to find what I need Music streaming is spot on and I can even cast the photos to my television Upnp Easy

Every single time i open ether hipserv or hipplay ill be lucky if i get one song to play all the way through its will ether say there was an error playing the file then the whole app will just close or the song will stop playing and the app will just freeze till i close it from the task bar thing i payed for the lifetime service can you guys make the app work right its been over a year and i still have the same issues repeatedly come on Wack service guys
It has good potential but needs a lot of work Two stars are generous 1 apparently they dont realize that books are a type of media You should at least be able to DL them from your network to whatever device youre currently on 2 some sub pages seem to not have any way to get back to the previous page Eg The camera function 3 there is no way to remove those areas you wont use Eg I never use Facebook or Tweeter but there they are taking up space on my page with no way to remove them Good potential but

Cloud URL is incorrect cannot integrate with linksys smart wifi I havent tested much but looks like a good app Linksys cloud URL is broken
This app its a great app It doesnt matter if you were to use it inside your home or outside Ive hear that this app doesnt work when your out of your home but this is intended for home use I dont understand why so many people always criticize an app if they cant be used out side there home This app is awesome Its great

Over the years I tried about 2000 apps I like and use about 20 of them almost every day BUT I use HipPlay every single day It is truly amazing no matter what you do or how you hold your now more than ever amazing gizmo Sorry I can only give 5 stars 50 would not be enough Thanks a lot to the team behind this app HipPlay Rulez
was called hipplay when I downloaded then was replaced by this one I had even bought a bundle to get rid of ads have access to future improviements but now nothing works at all thanks for nothing used to work
