I m not one who usually leaves reviews but this one is worth it When I first took my Hooke earbuds out of the box I was having a hard time figuring out how exactly they fit in the ear It should be noted at this point that I am a blind user so it was tricky for me to understand at first Before emailing support I searched on youtube for videos that might explain how to ware these ear buds but they were all visual with barely a description So I emailed the support team and Anthony the founder was willing to talk me through it over the phone To me this is a big thing He was super nice and I discovered that I was putting them in wrong at first I m happy to see such great service I have only been using the app for less than 24 hours and I don t have any issues to report Keep up the awesome work                     Impressed Mr goodwash

Okay so first of all I reeeeeally wanted to try the headphones but can t afford them Would have loved the opportunity to beta test That being said however I decided I would download the app anyway as you mentioned it could be used with the regular mic I am using the most recent version of IOS and am also using Voiceover as I am totally blind Anyway I keep getting stuck on the screen where I am asked to give my email and phone number I m using a bluetooth keyboard but have tried without the keyboard All I m coming across are the email and phone number edit fields I tried entering in my email but was unable to get to anything else I m stuck with those two things I tried turning off my ipad and then turning it back on No luck I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it No luck Maybe the newest version of IOS isn t working with this Who knows Anyway I m pretty sure this will be fixed Thanks to any who take the time to read this review     Very frustrated Azarry

there is a base white noise in all of my recordings the app is great and the device is nice though i ll try to test it with different environments it s just weird how much white noise it picks up in my living room in a quiet sealed environment as i am recording my own voice                 white noise dH2k

I ve had some issues with dropouts in audio only recordings Camera needs a front facing option Wish recordings had more extensive metadata options Otherwise works as advertised and a handy field recording device                 good but not great yet hweksmdisksksnrjdkznqpdf

Edited updated the iOS and it seems to be working now Bummed I can t use them to make calls Playback quality is pretty good nice bass response Really cool space created when recording I wish voices that are right in front of you were more present sounds directly in front of you seem to drop off a bit                 Works pretty well Tyler h brown

Had issues after receiving my device but despite not many contact channels they tracked me down over Kickstarter and were bending over backwards to get me fixed Luckily after another troubleshoot run I rebooted my 6s again and the app started working finally Something was keeping the app from recognizing my device Worked fine for other purposes So if you have any issues hard reboot a time or two to save some headache time                     Some bugs still reboot after install Good customer service Deightine
