I have no sound for the videos when I open any product that has the watch video option I am using an iPad 2        What happened

I like this app and use it often The last update caused problems with the games again Seems that every update causes problems The Mahjong dimensions game has been redone and its not as good as it was Cant understand why they changed it The scores only started showing up in the last few days              Arcade freeze

I find it distressing that there is no way to contact customer service on the app I also do not like that you give spendable Kash instead of credit I have had this problem twice I also find that the customer service is not nearly as nice or helpful as QVC     Customer service

So easy to use on tablet or smartphone                 Love this app

I like this app for quick purchases and to see whats available without having to go to my computer                 Great app

When i am in search and find my product when scrolling down to see all the items it often just goes off the product and back to somewhere else other than the product you are searching Then i have to re put in my search in the search area and re type what i want to see and it starts again from the beginning and then I have to go thru the same items all over again to see where I was cut off at It happens every time and it does it over and over in the same scrolling to see the item i have searched for HSN needs to FIX this problem Please              The App Has its glitches here n there

HSN has been loaded on multiple devices of mine for years now and I find shopping with the HSN app far easier quicker and much more informational than just placing an order over the phone as I did initially for many years Love HSN                 App shopping for years

I wanted to check the status of an order but was forced to create an account the was provided no answer Then the app crashed Deleted     Garbage

The app quits ALL the time Making it extremely frustrating to shop I hope the creators are working on a fix soon        Frustrating

I have shopped HSN for years This app is so easy to use and intuitive I can look at items more closely by zooming in read every detail about the item and choose favorites for your wish list with a touch of the finger You can view them later with ease Ordering is just as easy The only thing I would do to improve it would be to allow you to edit flex pay in the checkout process If you forget to check what you want for flex pay you have to remove the item from your cart and reorder it                 Truly User Friendly

I happen to agree with the individual below Why change Mahjongg Dimensions Now there are three different size cubes on iPad Jerky Not as accurate when pairing up I also believe HSN has a Do It My Way attitude instead of truly listening to customer base When it comes to arcade it is definitely that way I play for enjoyment while watching HSN on TV I do appreciate the craft days and hope you keep them I do purchase on noncraft days Could you please restock on WRMK 12x12Faux Leather albums In need of albums badly              Arcade

I do online shopping with yes HSN QVC and Evine Live And this app is superior to them all They do updates quite often but that is okay with me as they keep fine tuning their already remarkable and easy to use app My favorite section is the one titled My Favorites Whenever I what I like it places it into my favorite section There I can browse what I have already selected and once I am ready to purchase it makes it so much easier to buy what I already like Due to the facility and the easiness of this app I truly do shop most often with HSN Not only do they care about improving for their customers but their designs and products truly are great It truly is FUN there                 This app is truly the best

The APP was good until Nov now it just gets worse daily Slow loading for shopping games wont give points and freezes Cant even go to Safari and play games now What the heck is wrong with HSN tech support Are they all on permanent vacation     PLEASE FIX HSN APP
