We take the coming transition to ICD10 in USA very seriously so we started looking for an acceptable solution about a year ago when our EMR vendor let us know their lack of realistic time frames for ICD10 in 2015 This app seems to be exactly what we need in order to find the correct ICD10 codes for our patients diagnosis Serious ICD app
I dont understand why we need another app if one has an EMR already Cant EMRs figure how to integrate ICD into their products Anyway this app seems to do what it promises finding ICD 9 and 10 and translating one to another smoothly Another cool app on top of the EMR
Installed it on my cell in less than a minute and so far it is amazing fast correct codes for ICD are also free and with subscription it will offer LCD NCD MUE MCE OPPS PQRS and more Impressive

This app has it all the old ICD9 with the new ICD10 CPT HCPCS RVU Ambulatory payments for outpatient DRG for Inpatient quality reporting medical unlikely vs medical necessary codes etc Simple to use fast and accurate in finding the right codes It gets 4 stars since it doesnt interface with my EMR so I need keep them both open A decent app for your practice
Ive checked several apps for the October transition to ICD10 and this one is by far the best easy to install navigate and use very detailed info on each code and with registration it will map ICD codes to the fees you can expect Best ICD search engine

What I like most about this app is the search engine one can use different spelling like chronic or chr many words acute diastolic heart failure and it finds the relevant ICD codes quickly Since we do not need the CPTHCPCS or fees in our work the app is also free of charge Sophisticated FREE ICD engine
I like the simple navigation ease of use on both desktop and iPhone and the relatively short and accurate lists of ICD 9 and 10 CPT DRG codes it offers with links for further drilldown info With registration the app filters the codes that will most probably NOT going to be paid by insurers medical unlikely procedures unacceptable diagnosis incorrect gender or age etc If there is one app to help with the dreadful ICD transition in October Id guess icd10doc is the one Simple accurate coding app
Finally a working ICD10 app 5 stars Recently weve tried several ICD10 coding apps and icd10doc is indeed a cut above the rest For example a common glaucoma procedure we perform is Trabeculectomy Now in ICD10 there is no term for this procedure and one has to find the code for the following Medical and Surgical Eye Bypass Anterior Chamber Left Right Percutaneous No Device Sclera Go figure Icd10doc is the only app to find the correct code for Trabeculectomy in ICD10 and detail the related CPT HCPCS RVU physician fees by state etc Recommended MD
Recently Ive tried at least 10 other apps and icd10doc is the best so far Crosswalks between ICD9 and 10 ICD and PQRS ICD and CPT and the search function are truly great Thanks Finally an ICD codes app that works
The ICD 9 to 10 and back seems to work perfectly I wasnt aware that CPT is not free so be prepared to register about 3060 seconds if you need have access to CPT and RVU Overall it is a good app CPT is not free
Ive just subscribed for their free trial and I suggest you do the same otherwise if you stay on the free version you will not see the CPT codes and the attached fees for the procedures performed Search algorithm is fast and the map to ICD10 seems to me as Ok but hey nobody is an ICD10 expert YET So far looks good
User friendly accurate works on both my desktop and laptop Windows and Mac and on my iPhone It translates ICD 9 to 10 and back correctly in less time than you can shout ICD10 The billing codes and additional info CPT provider fees NCD LCD etc are available but only after registration thus the 4 stars Medical coding and billing app
All the other ICD10 apps Ive seen give you more and more results the more specific you make your search But this one narrows the search down to exactly what it should be according to your search terms It is fast and accurate Ive been using it on the desktop so I am thrilled to know it is now available as an app Ideal solution for the small practice doc for dealing with ICD10

Ive installed a couple of days ago and I find myself using it every day now It is user friendly accurate and at seems to translate ICD 9 to 10 and back correctly in seconds Cool app An ICD app for coders and billing
I have compared this app to others I have installed on my cell and icd10doc always brings back a smaller results set than the others so I wonder if anyone has certified verified this app Looks fine to me but is it good enough for the October transition to ICD10 Certified or verified results
I am using this app to prepare for the transition and it works very well diagnosis procedures and units of service RVU are nicely interconnected and easy to use If you dont need CPT or RVU it is also FREE The app for the coming ICD transition
