I love ikes and the app works well but I wish you could save your favorite sandwiches to one spot to order from later cause there are so many Favorites

My coworkers and I like to order group lunches for pickup and sadly the only way to do it is through this terrible terrible app Its gotten so bad with lost orders crashes and broken search that we have given up using it entirely So no more Ikes for us which is too bad because the sandwiches are actually really good Hire a competent iOS developer and stop using this awful crossplatform framework and well start buying your sandwiches again This app is so bad its costing you money
They dont check their app orders I came in at the time specified and they had not even started making my sandwich When they were alerted to the situation all I got was a sorry They should have comped it The street this location is on has much better spots so Ikes should make an effort to keep people happy or loose them to the neighbors Not ready

This app was great until I upgraded to iOS 7 Now it wont let me sign in Every time I check out it shows me the new user registration page with no login option I tried reinstalling the app but its still broken Please fix it Broke with iOS 7
Ikes has a shop in Oakland but this app hasnt been updated to let us order from there Only selects Redwood City location
This app is perfect for picking out and picking up sandwiches prior to arriving I wish I had found it before I arrived App functionality is great Moves seamlessly between screens and looks good too Super convenient

Did the people who wrote reviews actually use the app I live near an Ikes yay and know to use the app instead of wait in line But theres always an issue Either your order doesnt go through or it doesnt place the order for both sandwiches A really poor developer made this app Please start over Ikes Messes up my orderevery time

Easy to use app I liked having access to the full menu The menu in the store is abbreviated It was great walking in and going straight to the pick up line I only had to wait 12 minutes and my order was ready I will always use the app instead of ordering in the store from now on Get the full menu AND skip the line

Why doesnt every takeout restaurant have an app like this Browse the menu order to your liking and pay all before leaving the house Then just walk in pick up and leave Food was ready right on time too Great app
When I try order my sandwich a random icon appears behind the credit card number which makes so I cant order please fix this app Credit Card Problems
Ikes Lair of Redwood City is the BEST Ikes of all The location has indoor and outdoor seating that explains the Citys Climate Best by Government Test the staff is awesome so helpful and everything they recommend is as amazing as the next regardless of your taste for the day and of course they have the Best Sandwiches ever WOW They werent on Man vs Food and recently Won the Best Sandwich in the USA on ESPNs FANWICH Awards for nothing A must for everyone looking for the BEST sandwich Enjoy AMAZING

Other reviewers are correct using this app basically guarantees that your order will be wrong This is a process issue at Ikes they hand write your app order onto paper to make the sandwiches in the store so the accuracy is 100 dependent on the worker that copies the order over to paper and the quality of their handwriting This is 2015 Why they dont just print out the app order and use that is beyond me Do not use this app
This app is easy to use Love it Great App
Love their food but the app is buggy Itll resize itself on retina display iPhones so if youre not careful youll hit the wrong locations Its an easy fix so Im not sure why they wont update the app Buggy
