I ve been using this service for about a year now easily accessible with three docks within two to three blocks of my home I misplaced my keys they were left in a docked bike Instead of the user calling the company they hand them off to some law enforcement in University City I m writing this review to be very clear if you find an item on a bike please call the company Do not hand over someone s property to a stranger they be local authorities or not Everything is digital so it s easy for the company to trace everything and they can find who s item it is Very inconsiderate I lost my keys just think if you lost your keys Use better judgement Philadelphia is a major metropolitan area the keys could have been anyone s The customer service just blew me off after while Like we found the person he handed off your keys so oh well     Lost Item Confectious86
