Does it work Yes Is it clunky and feel like a kid made the app Yes Do I work faster through the browser Absolutely Can I change the unbelievably small text No Can I see my arrival time No but I can in the browser Closing calls on the browser just flows better I can change text size to see what Im doing also Still needs quite a bit of work cant believe this isnt a beta version Really

1 Must log out and log back in to sync new calls 2 No Icon notification that a new call is available as with most good apps a number notification pops up on the screen Icon to let you know theres a new message call or mail 3 Parts when accepted dont flow to service call they were ordered for should be an auto log into the call or a screen to select a part youve accepts as delivered BASIC AS IT GETS

This app crashes all the time It is somewhat better than it was but still crashes with no errors at least 4 or 5 times a day Seems like it needs work Maybe some error handling Only crashes 45 times a day

Cant add labor so you cant close callsJust one more problem that will take forever to fix FSS

If only the developer educational developer will stop writing self glorifying reviews and fixed the constant crashing the hidden scroll for long list of parts and calls the non scalable text and non selectable text the lost info when switching windows Maybe it would be reliable I mainly use the Web plain interface Now It can only get better from here

I was fairly excited to get this app so I could use my iPhone for work but it doesnt work Previously I was able to login to the app itself but it would crash when I selected any of the options Now after the update I cant even login without it crashing instantly PLEASE FIX Would be great if it worked

Version 70 brings us the same problems crashing locking up loss of connection infinite loop buttons etc as the past 69 versions plus a new UGLY interface Waiting for more fake 5 star reviews from the developers Runs like it lookslike crap

Constantly crashes cant call phone numbers from within the app because the area code is in a different field cant select and copy info from the app for example to call a phone number App requires whole numbers for mileage entered In a call but you have to enter a decimal on the end of day screen CancelSubmit buttons are not in common iOS locations as they are in most other apps making navigation tricky Good start but it seems like they never test their work More bugs then a cheap hotel

Not working Copy Tech

I so wanted to like this app It makes my life so much easier than it have to use the web page interface but it crashes all the time Constantly locks up and now for some reason every time I log in my call queue is completely empty The few times it did work it was amazing Sadly it ran so much better on my blackberry At this point I do t even try to use it because I know its not going to work Still needs a lot of work

Yeah so I cant even get it to list my current queue of calls without simultaneously asking for current location info and crashing out Totally useless at the moment Please fix developers Crashy Mcstopsworking
