After 20 years in EMS this is by far the most intuitive EPCR software I have ever used The design is clearly a program with input from EMS providers and it shows I wish I could give this 6 stars EMT Paramedic
Crashes a lot Lately it crashes every time I do something in the patient treatment area Great look and feel but
Now that we are using this at my agency I cant imagine using anything else First responding agency at scene gathers info and when I arrive they Bump the info over to me I dont have to rewrite anything 90 of the time I am done with my PCR prior to getting to the hospital Paramedic
Nowhere on the description does this product show it is attached to a pay for use program It doesnt even allow you to open the app without a password It also took some research to track down the parent company to get any info about the app itself Nothing free here

Downloaded this app entered the admin in the user name and password but I also need a product code where do I get that Have not been able to open the app to see if it is something I want to use I would give it a higher rating if I could open it they tell you what user name and password to get started but fail to mention the product code Product code
