This app is garbage another wits for it is worthless I tried to install it in iTunes and it wont let me saying the file is corrupted Like wow but it installs to my iphone4 with no problem So when I try in iTunes it says there was a problem downloading irig midi recorder The files seems corrupted to redownload file check for available downloads So I do and I keep getting the runaround Then after so many times doin it it say I dont have the privileges to download but I purchased the app What a scam I give this app a neg5 stars for the headache its giving me Mentally unstable app garbage

IRig allows you to hook up a midi keyboard and use your iPhone andor ipad2 as a sound module Unbelievableyou can play live with your iPhone as your sound rig Thanks IK Multimedia Buy this

Export functions work well and works as advertised but needs ability to import Midi files if recorded on different device If I record on iPad there is no way to move to iPhone when I travel Needs Import Function

The recommended program is not available on iTunes and iPro Midi Recorder does not recognize the device as connected Taking it back Also no support Lots of promises no delivery Disappointed

Great device However when I would like to increase the volume of my piano compositions The app doesnt allow for such things Its true this app is very embarrassing Cmon irig help me launch off some great sound quality options App is embarrassing

Okay it actually records midi like it says but after sending the files via Cloud or email or other supported export function so it can be edited in my studio DAW some major thing is ALWAYS wrong with the file so it cant be read or it plays wrong notes or holds notes for like seconds at a time No stop note message recorded Do NOT even try to record from a source sending multiple channels OMG Awesome hardware this required app does not do it justice One star HardwareGood Software really bad

The iRig is an awesome piece of gear but this app is embarrassing No rotate on ipad2 the iRig plugs into the bottom so I have to use the app sideways Requires registration to email MIDI requires connecting to some random IP address to wifi sync needs me to plug the device into iTunes to get the MIDI files Seems like they didnt give this app much thought Or if they did they didnt give it much user testing Will rerate if they update it Until then Ill find another app Wow this app is weak

While iRig MIDI does allow you to play notes from an external midi keyboard or device it fails to relay the essential StartStop command from sequencers I assumed iRig MIDI would support all midi commands SYSExclusive etc But its failure to send startstop sequence commands and or timing information makes this product little more than a toy I tried several external midi devices and none of them would cause my apps to start running when I pressed the start button on my external sequencer I realize external devices must be configured to transmit the clock I set this up correctly The external devices would start and stop each other but none of them would start or stop iKaossilator or Garage Band This product gets two stars because it does play notes and pitch bendmod wheel Wont Send StartStop

I just upgrade to this iOS from 704 and before it just worked like it supposed to do but now with this iOS update it is useless simply it doesnt work at all app keep crashing constantly please ik developers fix it update the app the device is expensive and now with troubles And the adds are annoying please slowish down ik think in the costumer first then you will earn Doesnt work on iOS 841

If you have an iphoneipad and wants to play MIDI through an interface on your ios device dontt think twice just buy it I bought it yesterday and using it nonstop on my iphone4s no issues Amazing product

Does NOT work with my IPad Dont waste your money IRig is garbage A lot of money for absolutely NOTHING Very upset customer Very expensive to not work I will slam this product to everyone I know Horrible investments
