This app and the usb device are totally useless When I get on i want to transfer some photos and videos from my iPhone the storage space is crap but I don t even see a transfer button I had to sit there for a couple minutes just to figure out how to select the photos and videos Once I did IT FAILED It wouldn t let me create a folder to put the stuff in So I tried to just move the stuff but then the app forced me back to the main menu and lost connection with the usb device Please fix your broken software It s crap right now     Useless piece of garbage JeremyTheGreat2
Never buy verbatim dual flash drive It never transfer files from iPhone 6 to create space Neither does it transfer files to iPad when you would like to transfer from MacBook Don t waste your money on Verbatim Only the makers know it can operate and they don t reveal the secret     Verbatim Does Not work Dansum
this garbage app The usb device works as it should VERY DIFFICULT TO move items Sandisk is more reliable and trustworthy When I insert the stick into my macbookpro it says there is no available app to open it     Horrible sandisk is better and worth the THISAPPPSUCKS
110 for 64GB Purchased came to hotel created 5 folders and cleared photos off my IPad NEXT STEP critical VERBATIM iStore n Go USB drive FAILED MISERABLY The VERBATIM iStore n Go USB drive seems very confused when plugged into the iPhone 6 Plus VERBATIM iStore n Go USB drive FAILED to create a folder in which I could move the iPhone 6 Plus photos K thought it would be chaotic but I would settle just to move all that pictures into a non folder loose are The VERBATIM iStore n Go USB drive FAILED to move the pictures It went through the multiselect and select all options and presented the copying screen but that quickly disappeared I thought maybe it will be painful but I need to baby sit the move and move bits and pieces The VERBATIM iStore n Go USB drive FAILED there also I flew in for a family wedding without my laptop My iPad and iPhone 6 Plus are more than enough to cover the event However rush as I was I planned to unload to the VERBATIM iStore n Go USB drive which FAILED I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED         What a degrading of the Verbatim legacy captunsafety
I thought this would be extra protection against file loss Instead I bought a f king door stop Can t get it to create more than one folder after that it fails Tried copying pasting doesn t work Tried backing up but after 13 the app crashes Useless app Does Verbatim even READ their reviews I ll never buy Verbatim again     Save your money POS Rdkendrick
After trying numerous ways and numerous accessories to get the stuff off my iPhone that I want to save and to free up space I came across the Verbatim Store n go what could be easier than a drag and drop interface For starters the drive is a bit pricey when you consider the cheap cost of memory Second there was absolutely no instructions for use included with or on the drive itself I had to search on Verbatim s website to find the instructions Once located the use and transfer of my files worked without an issue Suggestions for improvement please place an additional icon on the app home page with usage and setup instructions Instead of having to select multiple steps to complete a file transfer to or from the drive how about making it a one step process Adding icons that fully allow a copy from copy to and deletion once completed option from the source location would make this a very handy way to free up space on my iPhone or iPad Just 3 stars for now             Decent USB Drive App could be a lot better JetTechMech
This does not work It will not transfer Will not recorded or take pictures through the app It will just shut off I basically paid for an over priced flash drive that doesn t work And obviously the makers don t seem to care cause it s not getting fixed     DOES NOT WORK Meeeeeeeeeowwwww
For some reason it only transfers some pictures and not all of them And then some pictures are greyed out and only the top sliver is shown I don t know what s wrong or if the software is just that bad In the meantime I ll be trying to figure it out and either send it back or find out why it s so awful     Wonky transferring James 136986
So it seems I just got an overpriced USB drive The reason I bought this was to back up pics and video and after selecting to transfer it does nothing I m using an IPhone 7 with the latest iOS     Can t transfer pics to flash drive fredex
