I purchased the basic tracker device and stated using the app in February Fine All was well until this fall when the device no longer connects to my phone So I guess you can get eight to nine months of life from the basic unit I hope that isn t the common experience Should be able to last at least a year if not 18 months         Brief shelf life is frustrating tommg

Not very loud We ll see when I actually lose one or the other Like the concept And also when my keys were in one pocket and my phone in the other it would buzz and say it was disconnected Was super annoying when I was at work That s also how I knew it wasn t too loud             Could be better Tammyjean80
