I was able to download the software Then I installed the software on my computer I was able to get it up and running on my iPhone It worked very well Im using all the time on my iPhone I love it I have 4700 contacts on my phone It syncs perfectly with Act I have over 90000 history is associated with those 4700 contacts All my notes show up toalright there in the palm of my hand It even works with the new Apple OS 8 that just came out Its way better than any of acts own apps                 Very good app
Yes this app does most of what you would want and I agree it is about as ugly an interface made But what kills me is that you have to constantly sync or get locked out of your own data Have been out of town and bamcant get to my data Exact said you need to learn to sync more often If I dont have any changes why would I need to sync Besides let me make that decision when to sync not you I have had great luck with customer service 5 Star ratingsinternally generated           5 Start Really

I had some trouble getting going on this I wasnt sure how to get it set up but after a few calls to support I got squared away the app really is everything it was supposed to be I have my ACT data on my device without hosting or subscription fees              Everything I thought it would be Just Need Opportunities
Downloaded this immediately when I read about it I know I WILL love it but so far havent been able to use it Need documentation FAQ how to vids etc to catch up and then Im sure Ill give it 5 stars        Finally
Great app if your an Act user and need to access all you Act info on you iPhone or iPad It works great for me My laptop is Windows but no issue using with my Apple phone tablet Seamless I did have to contact tech support initially and they responded quickly Just make sure you have administrator rights on your desktop                 Works
I have tried ACT Connect and other software that has made claims to view all your ACT data on mobile devices This software actually lives up to the hype The technical support is phenomenal and I had my contacts loaded on my iPad and iPhone within minutes ALL my customized fields came over as well The software automatically syncs your devices with your computer I HIGHLY recommend iTract to all ACT users                 Finally a Mobile ACT
Back on June 9th I submitted a support ticket regarding sync failure and only received an automated response that my ticket had been assigned I followed up on the support ticket on June 15th with no response I followed up again on June 26th again with no response I am writing this on June 27th I would love to buy this product if it would sync my data without error and the support actually existed     Horrible ProductCustomer Support
The auto dial feature fails to work for any database phone number that includes an extension It really defeats the purpose of having a telephone database A fix is allegedly in the works but Ive been waiting over 9 months     User
The app loads onto your ipad find but does not sync to your pc Followed direction and still does not sync Support is non existant Have sent two requests and have yet to hear back I do not recommend this product at all The worst     The worst
I agree with other review of potential this app is actively being developed and I have seen much improvement We have 10 users each with 2k contacts and syncing averages 4 minutes There is room for improvement and Im looking forward to future versions of this app syncing Opportunities will be nice              Good Solution
No weekly calendar view Currently you can only view 3hrs at a time There should be a preference option to change the time interval from 15min to 30min andor option to determine hours you can view on screen at one time There is no setting for priority levels for activities high med or low No task list Only way to view all tasks is via calendar list view However this doesnt work well because you have to filter just for tasks but then this same filter applies to calendar Activities when sorted by type or priority are not also sorted by date There should also be a preference option to change the way Activities are sorted by date newest to oldest or reverse this order to oldest to newest Should have separate filters for Calendar Contact Activities and Tasks If these changes were made and the sync works then this would be a real solution for all Act users        Potential but severely lacking

Bad Interface is a little ugly and not user friendly and there are some bugs Customer service is absolutely horrible and you need to buy an additional license if you want access to a second database Good It is the most functional app for remote access to ACT given the limited number of choices ACT connect is much cleaner and easier to use but has limited functionality and also some bugs           Take the bad with the good
I like the ease of it However you get the illusion its free due to no monthly fee I know syncing programs arent free But be honest 21 day trail then 69 for a license fee           User friendly
If youre an ACT fanatic then this is good if youre not technical youll actually have to read the install guide I found it easy to read I sync 3400 contacts with no problems I used to use CompanionLink but tired of it failing and wiping out email addresses iTract for ACT works for me thanks                 Its Great
I have used this program for several years and it gets better and better Not only is it more affordable than Acts mobile app it is much easier to work with I have 2300 contacts and have my notes histories and activities dating back to Act version 3 I see no reason for using the Act mobile app when this one does much more for me                 Better than Acts own program

I downloaded this app as our organization has a number of people who have smartphones and ipads and we use ACT for our contact database I believe we would have a number of people who would be interested in buyingusing this app but support from the developer in my opinion is nonexistent The problem is the developer does not provide any technical support phone number nor even an email address and the enduser is left trying to figure out how to get it to work Extremely frustrating     Almost impossible to get any support for this app
I started by looking for a substitute to Handheld Contact and Companionlink Both are rather tedious to have to work through and some of the features on HHC while great ideas just dont work Such as dictation of notes via Siri Sometimes it works and sometimes it wont I installed the app on my iPad and on my desktop What the developers dont tell you is that this requires a net version 4 and a static IP address which is 2000 a month on top of my 6500 a month business Internet plan I was also the unknowing beneficiary of a Google Toolbar and Bonjour Print Services Both of which I neither asked for nor approved of This leads me to believe the developer is less than ethical in his or her other business practices The setup has a lot of instruction and video online to assist the user but overall this is not a particularly intuitive piece of software to setup nor is it a good value given the need for the static IP Charter also mentioned that for the number of devices I had in my office I would need to reset my modem and router along with any device that I wanted to run on my new static service Sorry I run 15 devices and Charter said its 20 for a 5 pack of static addresses That sounded like someone trying to get in my wallet and is probably crap Either way its not happening I think my money would be better spent on a Surface Pro At least its a real computer and can run ACT the way it was intended to be used     Crap would be an improvement
