Ordered online and was given a time to get my subs When I arrived I was told no order had been received and that it happens all the time After an extra twenty minutes finally had my order which was 200 more than online and only a passable sub Nothing special Could make a better cheese steak at home No order seems to be the norm

I have loaded my credit card a few times and it never pays through the app The store doesnt know they have an order and it logs me out when I try to scan my loyalty card I didnt get my points from my last order Increasingly worthless app Needs Work
Initially after installation the app worked great After about a month the app stopped awarding loyalty points and most employees have no idea how to add them when you pick up A couple months later the app started dropping orders all together You get to the store and there is no order to pick up This app is a waste of time effort and phone storage space If the review would allow zero stars that would be my rating Worked great then stopped

This app is only as good as the Jersey Mike sub maker If the sub maker does not follow the recipe to add bacon then you wont get what you asked for what you wanted or WHAT YOU PAID FOR I would NOT recommend this app if you want your sandwich correct to your order andor want what you ed for Boo Boo Hoo no bacon
So far my orders have been pretty straightforward and I havent had any troubles at all Love that I can place my order ahead walk right in and pick it up Handy app
