Loving the app and the products Excited for the secret store                 Keeps getting better

Month after month I try to login with my Facebook account and it still does not work And because my login is through Facebook I cant even set up a password because theres no existing password to begin with This is extremely annoying Please fix this Until then 1 star because zero stars is not an option     USELESS without login

This app is well done Easy to use and to find what I want Very intuitive                 Great app

There are dozens of reviews on here by now where people have pointed out that the new update doesnt work Youd think julep would have fixed it before the May reveal came out but clearly theyre not paying attention to customer reviews Its a shame because I loved the app before     Poor Attention to Customer Feedback

Forced me to update and now it keeps thinking i still need to download it again and again and again Maybe someday theyll hire a better app developer        Julep lets us down again

This update doesnt work and still says that a download is needed when there isnt another one available     App doesnt work

I love how functional the app has become since its initial release now allowing me to purchase from the entire inventory available in addition to the secret store and making my maven box selections each month I have to agree with the previous poster that a search box would be a great addition as well as being able to update account settings which currently has to be done in the web browser and can sometimes be a pain using the mobile version Julep seems to have dropped the ball on this latest update though although I have downloaded the update when trying to access the app I keep getting a message asking me to download the latest update There is no way to bypass this message so the app is useless right now until a new update is released to fix this              Latest update doesnt work

Update doesnt work Please fix it     Doesnt work

The last couple of times Ive used the app Ive loved it But now every time I open the app it tells me I need to update it before continuing but Ive already updated it So now I cant access the Secret Store buy something that I want        New update doesnt work

This app worked very well for me I had no problem logging in through FB or changingadding items to my box Very easy to use and user friendly                 Great App

It just forced me to update but now that its the newest version it still pops up a message that I need to update and wont let me use it at all When it works it has special deals that you cant access anywhere else which is great but it doesnt have a search function that would improve it SO much and if you want to do anything with your account you have to leave the app Thats kind of a pain           Ok but newest update doesnt work

I love the daily deals but it would be nice to be able to see and write reviews in the app              Has potential

I cant login Ive tried connect with Facebook and it wont do anything I cant even login manually either Was excited to use the app vs having to login through the web but I guess Ill have to until the app gets fixed     Log in

As someone who is yoked to their cellphone I can now browse around Julep whenever I want The app is super easy to navigate Images are great quality so I can actually distinguish nail colors before I purchase it Keep it coming Julep                 Love this app

Juleps app is gorgeous and their products are fantastic Their Maven subscription is the bestyou can choose which products you receive each month unlike Birchbox Plus as a Maven you get discounts on their entire catalog I appreciate that their products are toxin and cruelty free                 Best beauty subscription

This app is the worst app ever I accidentally ordered something and they didnt want to return it It was one of those nala person And everything is so expensive Four things and it was 80 Outrages I would never recommend this to anyone     WORST

This app hasnt worked for weeks at allstar since update It used to be 5 stars to me and other than that its a great company with great products at competitive prices     Doesnt work

I love Julep and this app makes it even more dangerous to shop The only thing wrong is that I just noticed there is NO search bar option I was in the app looking for a specific polish set and had to revert to my computer to actually search for it              No search option

Its pretty slick Way more functionality than before and so pretty Easy to shop too allthepolishplzthx                 So cool

Call me crazy but I choose to use the app rather than online I love that youre able to see swatches of the nail polish that you can choose in your box on the app They dont have that option online which makes it hard to select the box you want because you cant see the color up close So this app is awesome for that reason alone                 Choose App over Online

I really like their nail care line They have some really great colors I also tried their lipgloss today and by the end of the day my lips felt softer and nourished for the first time in a while Definitely worth trying                 Awesomeness

Im a maven so when I saw a Julep app I got really excited Im super busy and not always able to work on my laptop when I want or need to but Im always on my phone Thanks Julep for helping this busy girl out Also Im loving the new search feature I did take a star off because when I buy I like to read the reviews and you cant do that on the app Next update maybe              Works like a tick

This app is useless You arent able to see previous or current boxes sent or track boxes that are enroute You arent able to manage you account through the app making you have to get on your pc to do anything Very disappointed     Useless

Allow us to delete a credit card that we have on file Also please fix the search bar if you put in it girl special nothing comes up              Ideas

Ive been a maven for a long time now and really like julep products Even though this version is an upgrade from the last it is still a disappointment Ive been trying to change my box for 15 minutes and still cant get what I want Ill stick to shopping online           Still not a fan

Started out as a useful app for me to use as Maven every month Now when I open it it tells me to download the latest version and directs me to the App Store even though I have the most current version So I havent been able to use it in over a month now and Ill probably just delete it at this point because its wasted space     Doesnt work
