For those who lost their Touch ID you need to go in settings and have it send you a passcode to go in and turn on the Touch ID again The Touch ID gets reset when the app gets updated I have an Allstate app and it happened with it as well                     Touch ID Samaudser44

This app is as basic as it comes you can only view what s on your account And even that isn t accurate because the app will never show you a negative number You can run up your account thinking you have a positive balance Later to find out it doesn t display a negative number Fix this     This app is trash Eeysh

Great for viewing my accts except I can t pay bills transfer from one acct to my other accts nor access our student reloadable card account Still work to be done to make this app more than a 2 star app         So so Morning.friend

This is an as yet incomplete mobile banking app since it does not have credit card information and cannot do mobile deposits Once it adds those features I should be a 5 star app             Almost there JL0321

Just found out about this app today So very easy to view I probably would have given it a 5 if I could have been able to re arrange my viewing of accounts I would have put my checking on top and savings below or maybe even below the savings just not mixed between Some might but it would be nice to arrange as one sees fit with perhaps one or two blank fillers to show a divide between certain accounts Hey maybe thoughts for a future upgrade                 Yea no squinting to read fraustypawz

Worked great the first time I used it Now I get a lockout message JFCU said to look in my email for a special code email was deleted weeks ago I can t use it Luckily I can still log into the web site w the same PW just can t use the app     Error Pass lockout Wagon Wade
