I got this app a couple of years ago and I love it I was surprised there were so many negative reviews I have never had a problem with it It is my go to app when I have some time to kill For those who say they get completely unsolvable puzzles are you sure you know how to play killer sudoku I have never gotten one that is unsolvable with the random generator I love this app                 Awesome

While this app has promise there is no way to notate the cells to assist in solving them The help has basic information but has a few buttons that should be included I spent quite a few minutes of time setting up a killer sudoku game saved my work and attempted to solve while typing this review I tried to open my saved game and it doesnt seem to exist All in all this game needs much work before any price is justified As it stands it should not have been released     Functionality needs to be added

This is such a good app except for ONE thing The save function is basically useless If you save or take a snapshot only your notations are saved not your solved entries I have to finish a puzzle in one sitting or it will be essentially lost Love the calc feature Its usable and has promise but needs to be fixed If Ive missed something and am just doing something wrong please let me know If thats the case the help text might need revisions           Only one problem but its a big one

If this game worked it would be worth to pay maybe 199 for it But I am now absolutely convinced that it sometimes generate wrong killer sudokus I want my money refunded and I dont know how to go about it Tons of problems with this ap Dont waste hot money     Great posibilities Tons of problems

While I agreed with most of the previous reviews the game is much more playable with updates You can now input multiple possibilities in any cell The calculator function is unique and helpful I wish there were harder killer sudoku levels though              Much improved with updates

Great app except for the mulitple solution issue mentioned elsewhere but now it no longer works at all     No longer works in ios 8

Its the only Killer Sudoku I could find which is great but it needs an update to enable the player to keep notes in the squares Otherwise the player is limited to easier puzzles Please update the application Other than that the options are nice        OK

I agree with other reviewers that this app seems to have mostly unsolvable killer sudoku puzzles but Im still giving it four stars still because besides that its perfect and Im putting my faith in the developers to fix this problem since Ive now given them 2 Whats awesome the price is worth it just to play clasic sudoku with the drag feature You can drag your finger over as many square as you like and place notes on all of them with one tap this is so amazing And also the classic sudoku seems to be more challenging than even expert on other apps which I like because I sometimes feel like Im just going through the motions to solve some puzzles but these seem to need more problem solving All in all will be perfect when they fix the unsolvable puzzle issue but you can still enter your own puzzle in the morning to have with you in a more convenient way throughout the day              Mostly awesome

The interface is clean though can be a little cumbersome at times hence 45 for this This is easily the best app Ive found for Killer Sudoku that Ive encountered though Ohand there are some rare Killer Sudoku puzzles with uncaged numbers that make for an AWESOME challenge Ive never encountered them outside this app but that could because I havent really looked for them Itd be nice to have an option that only generates those types of puzzles I dont play regular Sudoku so what follows is only with respect to the Killer Sudoku aspect On multiple solutions some logical patterns do result in multiple solutions but thats the nature of the patterns There exists such a thing as logical dontcares they result in multiple solutions its a valid pattern Failing to see the pattern or that it allows multiple solutions to exist could explain why some people are complaining about unsolvable puzzles              Best Killer Sudoku app

This has been my favorite game app for several years but it no longer functions I have done the updates I have deleted and reinstalled it Nothing helps Very disappointed     Whats wrong

Ive had this app for some time now probably 3 years and I use it a lot It does generate Killer Sudoku puzzles and I havent found a better iPhone app for that as yet However it almost always generates Killer Sudoku puzzles with multiple solutions which is very frustrating to someone trying to treat it as a logic puzzle rather than a guessing game Also the controls are awkward it would be a lot easier to have two rows of numbers one for pencilmarks and the other for actual answers instead of having to constantly toggle back and forth between actual and pencil input mode That said I have not had the problems others have reported I frequently take a phone call while solving a puzzle and never lose any of my partiallycompleted solution Ive not had it generate a puzzle with no answer Finally I use it so much because I love working Killer Sudoku puzzles and havent found anything better for the iPhone as yet           I really wish there were a better Killer Sudoku app out there

I was disappointed that this app has so many bugs I bought this for its Killer Sudoku option because Cool Sudoku has some difficulty retaining pencil marks Well this app does not retain filled in boxes Complete the game before you close it or your efforts will be gone when you reopen I tried everything saving the game saving under different names closing quickly backing out taking a snapshot which only made the filled in boxes erase immediately Huge drawback In addition as mentioned above the socalled snapshot feature which should help you return to a previous version simply erases your filledin numbers while keeping your pencil marks Finally the option to use colored backgrounds instead of dotted lines to differentiate the sections fails because they often put two boxes of the same color adjacent so you cant tell where one ends and the other begins Giving the developer the benefit of the doubt there must be something extra hard about writing apps for Killer Sudoku since the other app has similar problems while there are a dozen excellent apps for regular Sudoku But this app currently has too many problems to use perhaps they can be fixed in an update        Very disappointing

For years I have been unable to fall asleep without doing sudoku Killer Sudoku was always my favorite but it was difficult to find This app has saved me so much money and given me many nights sleep Yay Thank you                 Thank you

I never review any apps I download but this app really frustrated me The reviews on this app are decent so I decided to give it a try because I love killer sudoku I was extremely disappointed with the interface and design of this app I guess Ill just stick with the free Sudoku 2 app Not killer sudoku but at least it looks nice and doesnt have some unsolveable puzzles        Unfinished and Not Supported

SUPER addicted to this game I play it all the time I cant just watch TV and sit still so I play this while I watch and it helps me pay attention to the TV and still stay occupied I would love it if there was some kind of reward like points or something at the end instead of just congratulations But other than that best app ever                 Addicted

There is a major issue with the killer sudokus with more than one solution It is rather annoying There is no problem with crashes though but I would like to see some more difficult killer sudoku puzzles The four stars I stead of five is because of the multiple solutions to about half of the puzzles              Some good and bad

I bought this despite the reviews because the image shown implies that you can make notes I thought it had been updated However despite the screenshot it does not appear to allow note taking which dramatically decreases the game possibilities If this gets fixed I would give it more stars        Needs to allow notes

I loved this app but it was hobbled in iOS 7 and now completely nonfunctional in iOS 8 What a shame with a few bug fixes and iOS 8 compatibility this could be a great app but the developer has abandoned it Look elsewhere     Not compatible with iOS 8 developer defunct AVOID

It doesnt do anything Opens up with a blank puzzle None of the buttons work IT DOESNT DO ANYTHING When it did work just about every puzzle had multiple solutions Other than that it WAS a good app AND it never crashed at all     This app no longer works

I love sudoku but I didnt try killer sudoku until recently I love it The app auto saves my game when I exit or get a call The calc feature is a great help and I also like the different ways to identify groupings There is a pencil option With different difficulty levels it is a great game for those getting started or people who already love the game It also has traditional sudoku too I dont really write reviews but was surprised to see the negative ones on here I guess I bought it after an update Its well worth the money IMO                 New Convert

This is a great game I give 2 stars now only because the lack of a save feature If this is fixed in an update I will give it 4 stars        Good game

Until the UI is changed to allow multiple cell entries this games not very playable Wait for next release     Soso game

Ive been playing this since it came out on the app store Its my favorite game Sadly it no longer works in iOS 8     Best game ever

Terrific app The Killer Sudoku is a bit frustrating as many puzzles have more than one solution Still well worth              Excellent App
