I want to tell you that you have made my life much simpler I love your app After reviewing every app on the store I have determined yours is the best Also the most expensive But worth every penny I know you catch a lot of flak but you need to know landlords like me with lots of property that are in the field will appreciate this app I look forward to further updates and keep up the fine job Whoever said to use excel instead of this program literally is Out of their mind The app is not perfect But The designer is very open to suggestions to make it better However as I said before it is still the best out there which is why I gave it five stars knowing what I know now I would not have paid the 4 5 6 7 for the other apps I bought because I listen to the negative reviews and I just didn t want to spend 40 if I didn t have to Spend it and save your money and time unless you only have just two or three properties If that s the case use renters 2 0 FYI some of the other apps are still good apps This one is just better obviously I stay very busy so I love the fact that I ll be doing something else and a banner will flash on my phone saying Mr Smith is supposed to pay you 1000 today with all the properties I had to enter it was literally a breeze because of being able to set up defaults for city State ZIP Code Also I use voice recognition so it was easier anyway                     Best app for lots of property zorrothelegend

Way overpriced If you are going to charge 30 bucks for an app it should do a whole lot more than what it actually does Cons Overpriced Too much redundancy making input time consuming No print option or export option Pros Easy to understand Covers the basics Walk through guide is a bonus Keep working on it Adding print and export capabilities would greatly enhance this app         Overpriced TeresabDiva
