plus the history portion is a load of crap Yes bellydance is derived from Middle Eastern folk dances but she uses the bellydance is thousands of years old used in ancient rituals shtick like so many who want to shlepp their videos Bellydance is only around 100 years old give or take There are better instructionals out there
