My toddler loves the pencil and always gets it out and he loves learning to write on other apps But this app is terrible Its way too picky about the placement of the pencil starting on the dot and staying inside the line Plus it takes way too long between corrections each line My toddler gets frustrated and quits after just a few letters This would be a great learning tool if the app was less sensitive to the exact pencil placement But as is this app is terrible just discourages toddlers from learning Way too picky

The game is okay although it seems cheaply made mouths dont even match the voices they didnt even try I dont like how quickly it stops you if you just go off the line a little even I had a hard time making it be excepted and you have to wait 5 seconds every time you go off the side grrr Why is there not an option to buy the app We have a stylus for my son already that holds his fingers in the correct position I dont want to buy this one Id be willing to buy the app but not another stylus after he finally got used to his good one Please think about these things its just clunky and having 2 people do ALL the voices adds to the super cheap feel well see how my son likes it when he gets to playfor me there are tons of better writing apps Leapfrog used to have Tads Silly Writing Fair and it was amazing Why didnt they add to that Not worth the size

Pencil wont unlock ap so its pointless Pencil wont work

I have tried multiple times to unlock the full game and it does not work Doesnt work

My almost 4 year old really loves this app and has gone through all the levels more than once Drawing on paper is not his favorite thing but he does really enjoy using MrPencil and learning to draw his letters numbers and shapes We had no trouble unlocking the whole app I just wish leapfrog would make the other Mr Pencil apps available on their proprietary devices also available on Apples devices Great app for little ones to learn to write

Ive tried downloading the app on 2 iPhones and an iPad it wont download on any of them Ive restarted them all multiple times Ive been trying for an hour now my son is going crazy wanting to write on his tablet Wont download

Yeah mine wont even download boo Good thing I never showed it to my son or else he be crying I have iPhone 6 and iPad mini wifi only Just incase you are wondering Disappointed

I think the art style is actually really fun and whimsical Its reminiscent of doodle sketches and I think that is great Kids are really enjoying it Kids really enjoy

I have tried many time to unlock the entire programs yo no avail You need to provide a trouble shooting 800 number for customers So far it is a failure Mr Pencil how do you unlock

My son loves this app and plays it all the time I would change these 1 app very hard to unlock 2 not all letters numbers shapes are covered Please add all of them PreSchooler Loves It

This stupid pencil app does not unlock the full game I paid 15 bucks for it and it doesnt do what it says There was a new update today that says it is easier to unlock But I still cant This has got to be the worst idea ever And know my little one wont let me return the pencil because she likes the smiley face So I am down 15 bucks until this company can fix it I have had the pencil for a month and still havent played the full version Complaint

Spent 15 for the stylus that is supposed to unlock the full version but the stylus doesnt work Exchanged it for another thinking it was the stylus same issue Dont buy this doesnt work Gaurantee to steal your money Stay away SCAM Dont buy

I have 2 Mr Pencils in my hand and neither will unlock the full version Extremely disappointed Leap frog is usually better than this No Stars if possible

I have the stylus and a very sad daughter Ive tried many times and even reinstalled the app But no luck Not worth the effort if I now have to return this to the store and explain why Im returning it Cant unlock game

Excited to play this bought the stylus downloaded ap now when it says to unlock you have to hit the eraser on it 3 times and it keeps saying I need to buy the stylus and use that Apparently I didnt do that and Im not trying to use it Then itll reset itself if you do it wrong 3 times Very disappointed and wish I kept the box to return this Stylus issues
