Simple It does what it does But the calming effect is offset with looking at the time Those last 60 seconds undo the previous 29 minutes There has to be a more subtle way to show the passing of time such as a sliding bar in a slightly different color Ditched the countdown

This is a really nice app for blue light therapy but TURN OFF THE TIMER TEXT INCREDIBLY DISTRACTING AND ANNOYING Thank you for updating that change soon It will be a fivestar if you change that LOSE THE TIMER
