This app would be fantastic if it just notified me I set it up for push notifications but never get them I have to be near my desktop logged inwhich kinda defeats the purpose           If it only notified you

I own a photography equipment rental business and I use this app in order to connect with clients daily People can contact us directly and inquire about the availability of products when we expect them to be returned etc People who already have equipment out can log on and chat with me in real time if they have any questions about the equipment or want to keep it longer It is very simple to use Plus it has some really neat bonus features I think it is very cool to be able to see who is actively viewing your website and where they are from If someone has a question that I cannot answer I can also easily transfer them to my partner who usually knows the answer if I do not Between the two of us and this app we can pretty much offer 247 support to our customers Its great give it a shot                 Excellent app

A great addition to an already extensive suite of customer service tools Great job Was kind of disappointed that only live chat is offered and tickets and knowledge base are not yet in the app Hope they will become part of the app soon to make it a complete replica of the pcMac console                 Awesome
