The app is easy to use and the monitor is great The only downfall to this app is the lack of ability to watch multiple children at the same time Also there is no app for the iPad Only for the phones             Lack of dual screen sandragee06

The instructions are poor but I ve been and IT Emgineer for 20 years and got it working somewhat reliably The intercom is spotty and has a long delay making conversations difficult However the fact that it only works with the app open and visible means you will need a separate iPhone to monitor 24 7 like any baby monitor I ve ever seen If you have to take a call or do anything else on your phone for any length of time you loose contact You can set a motion alarm and I imagine that will notify you That helps but won t cover many situations where you would need a monitor Like hearing breathing This is cool tech but in my opinion does not qualify for the job         Not recommend as a baby monitor Dittobadlogin

Once you log out you can t log back in As another reviewer stated you cannot reset a password even if you wanted to I am 100 sure I know my password and once you log out you cannot get back in I paid for the cloud service for 30 days and it never worked Absolutely terrible software and no support Total rip off     Terrible Bdon121212

I got this to work with the camera one time Now it is telling me my password is incorrect and there is no way to retrieve the password or reset it to set it all up from the beginning There is also noone to get in touch with for assistance I would be returning but there are also no directions for that     Disappointed This program was a let down
