No inbox on the app I have never used the lovely website so when I email apartments I did not realize the responses will go to an inbox on the website Makes no sense Especially considering that the website isn t mobile friendly You do realize that most people use mobile devices to search the web         Poor Functionality Total Awesomeness

I have tried this app for over a month and just about all their listing is sourced by a company call Westside rental that is worse place to find a rental with their heavy fees and light volume of listing In fact if i need to pay to get a someone phone i won t DL this app let alone westside rental which is the worse place Their app do not have a proper filter that one can select only manager owners and cut the brokers off for me the big turn off was their shortage of listing and whatever i saw was belong to that company I deleted the app     Only pay listing in it LAfilmExaminer

App drives traffic from other sources IE Craigslist and doesn t optimize text or pictures for viewing You don t get responses from people because to view an email the other person needs to be signed up as well If you want this to work allow people to respond without signing up     Great idea poor execution KJ1771
