Just what I was looking for easy to use and handy for getting distances of trails                 Perfect

Previous version gave blank page no maps after pressing location icon I waited nearly six weeks before updating to current version to give time for developer to correct closing after 20 seconds mentioned in another review Latest update does indeed close after a few seconds on iPad 1 with IOS 511 Many GPSers prefer iPad 1 because it is the most robust of all the iPads Screen is almost immune from damage due to rough handling especially when compared to later versions of iPad iPad 1 cannot be upgraded to IOS6 and Apple will apparently not be supporting iPad 1 beyond 511 I will wait 30 days for usable version After that I will be compelled to delete as there are other similar apps that work well Developer please take note     Not much support

Im not really sure what that previous poster was talking about It runs great on my iPad I do have to agree that it might be nice to have support for both orientations but other than that it was real fast and easy to use                 Fast and fast

Too bad that after paying the money one finds that the app IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH iPAD It will not display in landscape which makes it very unattractive to me The maps are VERY SLOW to redisplay after a zooming function I hate giving an app such low marks but the fact is that Im completely sorry that I made this choice Perhaps theyll get with it shortly and let iPad users enjoy looking at the screen in the manner they choose     Hate it

Just purchased for my new iPAD to chart and measure run routes locked up within minutes only does single straight line measurements no grab and drag to move the map and keep measuring and no map rotation no true route mapping like on google earths PC version if you go to options and then go back to main display half the screen remains white Overall pretty sucky app and not worth paying for     Poor performance

Really good app and very helpful but wish there was a way to save where you drew on the map              Good start

Great for measuring hiking trails Have bought numerous maps including backpackerthis app is the easiest one and suits my need                 This is just what I was looking for

Love the app enormous help when I need it Would be even more useful if I could search for a location directly in the app and perhaps add directions and bookmarks Another useful feature would be a legendruler visible at all times on the map              Very useful please add a search bar

Every time I start a new measurement the map location takes me to middle of the Atlantic off coast of Africa Dont know how to change        Default location

Cant complain about an easy to use app that only costs 99                 Awesome

Crashes everytime when you try to change the brush color Developer How can you not catch this Took me about 30 sec within using the app to find this     CRASHES

Wont stay open The program closes after 20 sec Please fix           Keeps closing

One of the few go to apps that I find myself using all the time Great for finding out how far I go on my walks Works perfectly and has never failed me                 A hidden gem

Use this all the time for measuring routes However at some point the app got updated and the straight line route generation stopped working Now when you use the straight line tool you can only make a single straight line When you go to make the next line it resets Also should be able to use the straight line tool and free hand tool on a route Fix that and its a five star app           Go to app for measuring routes

The concept is very nice to map out rides and runs The app seems to work well if you are lucky enough to make it through your route without crashing Once that issue is resolved I think this will be a very good app Please fix           Often crashes

Easy quick distance estimates when I dont need full directions and just want to have an idea of how far away a place may be                 Great app

Zoom feature is not responsive enough to get an accurate trail mapped out at street level A snap to roadway feature would be helpful in order to offset the randomness of where the lines end up     Do not bother

Just bought it10 minutes into first usage it crashed Not good start Also doesnt have ability to take photo of measured map Seems to have potential but needs update to fix problems     Needs Improvement
