App continually crashed after I downloaded it It never opened and I deleted it 10 min after I downloaded it     App never opened

The open will not even open just immediately closes Ive tried deleting it and reinstalling but it does the same thing I gave it 1 star so I could do this review but since it wont open I dont know if it earns that much     Doesnt open

At first it was great but now it crashes every time Deleted it     Crashes every time

It seems to me that main thing you want to be able to do is book an appointment with the therapist of your choice at the location of your choice You can not book an appointment anywhere except your home location In addition You can not select your therapist This makes the app pretty much useless The app is Not Finished        Not Finished

This app has been crashing every time I open it for over a month now Can you please fix it and send out the update Thank you     Please fix the bugs

The app works fine for me as far as accessing my account I didnt have any issues getting it set up but what is the point of their request an appointment feature Why would a place like this not have online booking Would save the customers time and also would save their employees time from having to follow up with each customer Im not renewing my membership anyway but would be much more apt to if they offered online booking        Works fine but no features

The place is very clean and welcoming Super friendly staff Best massage I have ever received I was so satisfied I signed up for membership                 Very satisfied

Wouldnt even give one star if I could submit with no stars I just downloaded it You have to call the store to activate membership even after getting membership number through an email Cant set up appointments so there is no real use for this app Save yourself the stress and just call and set up an appointment instead of downloading useless app     Dont waste your time

I look forward to using this app however the app does not open a keyboard so you can register your account     App will not allow you to register

There is no way to login It keeps saying that email is not on file when it is Ive received many emails from Massage Envy to my email which means its on file I contacted customer support twice and never received a reply     Useless

How can Massage Envy neglect the absolute failure of their APP as long as they have Hire a college kid to fix your APP     App Failure Extreme

At the point of becoming a member of Massage Envy the front desk staff indicated I could use my member ID to register and manage my account on line I tried to register periodically no luck Thinking it would be a different experience to use the IPad app to register I still encountered issues Like the others I got a message to go through the Massage Envy storean effort to protect my personal information Do not waste your time I am uninstalling the appvery frustrating     Neither the iPad app nor the web site allows members to register

I used to use this app years ago I redownloaded it and now have yet to successfully launch it at all Please fix     CRASHES

You are better off just saving your appointment directly in your calendar Cant book appointments with app my appointment history disappeared and I almost missed my massage Dont bother downloading it Save your phone space for something else     Terrible app

Ive requested appointments several times through this APP and I havent been able to successfully schedule a massage Also no one has contacted my from the those locations notifying me they received my request The only thing I can currently use this APP for is checking to see how many massages I have on my account Its useless to me at this point     Doesnt Really Work

As a member Im very disappointed I cant even register my membership The existing member registration doesnt work Pathetic     Doesnt work

I tried this app about a year ago and ended up removing it because it didnt do anything The other day I saw that I could manage my account nowwell I cant even access my account It emailed me my member number but I cant enter it in the appworthless I agree with the other people who said a company this large should be able to find a developer that can handle an app that functions     Second chance

Has always provided the basic info I needed for my account but last update now it wont launch at all Im ios7 not going to 8 so maybe thats the issue It does work on my ipad ios8 but shows wrong appt history     It used to work but not now

For the iPhone 5 mine at least the app wont bring up a keyboard to enter the member number My friend with an iPhone 4 can at least enter her member number but the app instructs her to contact her local franchise location to activate her app Massage is supposed to be about relaxation tools that dont work dont leave me relaxed     Worthless

If you can not make appointments with the app It has lost 99 of its usefulness Think Ill delete now     Appointment

Whoever built this application needs to be fired they clearly never built a mobile application before Terrible user interface and when you request an appointment they dont actually call you so you are better off just calling and skipping the application until they hopefully rewrite it using a firm that knows mobile     Terrible

Ive had a similar experience as others I used to be able to use the app now everytime I open it it starts then crashes and closes Shame I really enjoyed checking appointments and receiving alerts     App crash

I have used the la Vida app before and was expecting the same type of use function This app is useless You cant do anything on here like actually make an appt or see who is available What is the point of me using an appt to email the location its a waste of everyones time The purpose of this app should be to streamline To be able to make an appt see which therapists are available and learn about them You should really take a look at some other similar apps to see how far off yours is     Disappointing

I agree with almost everyone else on here this app is worthless and I would rate zero if I could Why cant I see a true accounting of my account I want to see when my card was charged when I earned a massage when I used a massage etc I also want to be able to look up my gift cards and see a full accounting for those transactions I have always kind of felt like ME was doing funny accounting and funny tracking at times for various reasons This crappy app kind of confirms that they probably are because its 2015 and this worthless app doesnt give good information like every other app I user regularly For example Starbucks Chase bank hilton honors to name a few Also again its 2015 we should be able to book appointments through the app And it was a giant pain to get it set up I get it that your company is a bunch of franchised locations but get yourselves together and put some thought into your brand and how you represent yourselves on the internet or else people will think your company is a joke like this app     Worthless embarrassing for ME

In todays connected age I expected to be able to make an appointment or at least see available appointment times This app does nothing other than to serve as brochureware Get with it Massage Envy my fridge does more than your app Save the space on your phone     Waste of time and space

Not sure why so many reviews complaining about the app because it worked for me on the first try Only complaint is that when I save an upcoming appointment to my calendar it always shows duration as 1 hour regardless of actual length of massage and does not allow you to request a specific masseuronly allows you to select male or female              App worked as advertised for me

This app is a total waste of time When you request an appointment you cannot get a conformation They just call you Why have an app when you have to ultimately talk to someone on the phone     Completely Worthless

Really Hmm So I request an appointment online requesting an appointment and then I receive a message from the franchise asking me to call back to schedule the appointment What exactly is the point of booking online Would it not have been more efficient for me to call the location directly rather than wait 6 hours for them to call me back and leave a message Then when they call me back they have no appointments available for the day No wonderyou called me when the day was almost over Lastlyafter receiving soooo many poor reviews most of which complain about online bookingwhy have it on the app Either fix it or remove it     Beyond disappointed

Got my membership downloaded the app and the app wont let me register It will not pull up the keyboard so I can enter my info Seems pointless to have if I cant use it     Cant even register

You cant use the app to book online or even find an available appointment time The App has no purpose other than be a brochure I have been a massage envy member for 4 years and received hundreds of marketing emails but the app says email address not on file This company needs some help with technology     No functionality at all

I love the app Shows me my next appointment what therapists Ive seen and when and also allows me to request an appointment I love the staff at my home clinic in Royal Palm beach Florida Only thing is I wish the app gave specials or coupons              Seems to work for me

If you want to use the app to manage your personal account dont even try If you dont know your member number it tells you to see your store Once you put your member number in at the store it still wont pull up Find your member number info from your original packet and still says see store If you want to search a location that might be all it is good at     Not at all helpful for personal account

im running on an iPhone 6 Plus using iOS 811 I dont have any problem with the app crashing but I cant even get started I go to the screen for entering my member information or registering with my member number and touching the blank fields does not open up a keyboard nor can I paste from the buffer I have no way to enter data I tried quitting and restarting the app a couple of times The feature I would most like to see once the app is functional is the ability to schedule appointments Given the long litany of complaints from people who have tried the appand its apparent near uselessness for most I recommend the company not pay their app developer until they deliver a functioning product They should probably also pull the app from the app store since it will simply discourage people from using it ever     I look forward to having a working app I can use to schedule appointments

My rating just went from 2 stars to one after i wrote it and even that crashed and closed without saving my comments The app will not even open anymore from the app or app store Plus it is useless if I cannot see open times and therapists to select an appt I would be getting massage much more often if I could like I do with other spas or doctors on app called ZocDoc Invest in it     App wont open useless if I cant book appt
