The Mathboard Keyboard is now available as a free download on Apple Store for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 9.1 MB to download. The new Mathboard Keyboard app version 1.0 has been updated on 2014-10-23. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Here is the app`s compatibility information: Requires iOS 8.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. This app is optimized for iPhone 5.

The screenshot shows a 1 under a radical but the app does not offer this capability I bought it because its most clearly advertised feature was this ability to place a number under a square root sign I d like my 99 cents back Jack     Deceptive steebu-steebu

Even with the apple os update Oct 2017 and only being able to currently use the keyboard in landscape I am really grateful that this Apple this app is available                     There is no better math science character calculator SidCid

Has many symbols appropriately categorized for easy access Works great an my iPhone 6s with the iOS 11 update The one bad review needs to be corrected as the bug causing that person to write a bad review was fixed quite quickly Such fast support is rare among many apps                     Great Keyboard pyropulse

What you get a like 1 2 screens of large white strangely underlined symbols on black screens maybe 3 dozen total If you look at the Unicode list there are over a hundred number superscripts subscripts set and logic operators etc     Waste of money missing about a hundred symbols and modes tonkinite

I opened the app followed the instructions went back to the app and all there is there is the instructions screen on how to set up Cannot get off the opening screen I would have to say that this free app isn t even worth that money Very disappointed     Doesn t work numbersman2004

Highly annoying I m a math tutor and have long been looking for a really good math keyboard so I can type proper math equations into flashcards for students This looked promising but it s exceeding buggy For example there is a subscript function but of the 26 letters only 8 of them work with subscripts If you are going to pick and choose n should at least be one that can be subscripted and superscripted Pretty important Why not give them all to us and let us choose what we need     Complete Ripoff Jjjosey

I downloaded this keyboard because I wanted a 10 key digit arrangement on my 6s Plus as shown in the product screenshots However the digits were simply arranged in a row as on the default keyboard This was SO disappointing     Not as advertised on iPhone 6S Plus AJBlue98

Worked great for awhile Recently stopped working When I switch to the keyboard it only shows the upper menu bar The palette of individual characters is no longer accessible     Something got broken Hoyahawk

Update to my review after a few days using this more extensively The superscripted and subscripts only seem to work for less than 50 of the Latin letters and actually doesn t work for any of the Greek letters Kind of defeats the purpose of this keyboard really Below is what happens when I attempt to type superscripts and subscripts for Latin characters Superscripts q Subscripts bcd fgh klmn pq st w yz 3 stars until these issues get hammered out Old review This has most of everything I need Just one small thing that would be a MAJOR improvement Currently the shift key toggles through Shift Superscript Subscript and back to lower case But the superscript and subscript options only allow lower case Latin and Greek letters This is a minor issue that if solved would me a major improvement Ultimately the Shift key for upper case characters is only used for the last two sections Latin and Greek characters anyway All other menus don t have an upper case by definition what s the upper case for an integral sign Maybe by introducing a second page for upper case characters in each of the Latin and Greek sections this would not only fix the lack of upper case super and subscripts but also eliminate the unnecessary function of a Shift key And maybe without a Shift key there could even be separate keys for Superscript and Subscript Other than these things this is so far the best scientific or mathematical keyboard for iOS It works just about anywhere and comes especially handy when annotating lecture notes and for studying Thanks and looking forward to the next update             Some issues affecting basic functionality diputz42

So a tiny bit over a year ago I was in a horrible car wreck which left me with severe brain damage and paralyzed all of my dominant side I can use my other hand but I can t write quickly enough to take notes However this app in combination with the CalcMadeEasy note taking app are pure life savers Please NEVER GET RID OF THIS APPLICATION It is making all the difference in my college experience And it does do sub and superscript You just need to hit the shift key twice for super and three times for sub                     Saving my life AlexisMedici

Simple effective free and you don t need to give the publisher full access what creeps me out And it DOES have both subscripts and superscripts for numbers just press Shift in the numbers tab someone commented that it doesn t but remember it s not an equation writer you are bound to use Unicode characters It s a bit slow because of all the tabs and it s not customizable but the design is well thought what helps a lot and probably you ll not write you thesis or paper with that For short notes or conversations it is just perfect                     Best option WhateverBR

This is a great keyboard for anything mathematical you may need to type until it comes to formulas with variables that are super scripts and subscripts It seems like a big oversight for a mathematical keyboard Other than that I ve experienced no problems with it and it has aided me in my math and science writings                 Good but why no subscripts and super scripts for letters Introspectater

This app is the right one Only a few changes could bring it to the best math keyboard available on AppStore 1 More Greek letters A few letters available on this version is not really sufficient My suggestion is adding small greek letters as secondary characters to the main English characters for example by dragging b upward we would have and so with other keys 2 Adding letters as SubScript and SupScript For instance its still not possible to write 3 Charachter for partial derivatives is missing                     Great app Parsa-Persian
