And exactly what I needed It is a calculator with a tape based on an old fashioned adding machine Yes the ad noise can be annoying when I am working on something I solved that problem by simply turning off the sound on my iPad If I needed the sound I would simply upgrade to the paid version If you need a basic adding machine to aid you with projects this could well be what you need                     Exactly what it claims to be voxfugit

I used this free version on my iPad 2 and my iPad Retina Mini for awhile It s wonderful to have a ten key when I need it for business travel expenses tax calculations medical expense calculations What makes this extra special is the paper tape printout You can save it email it or print it out for your own records there s a limit w free version It s worth every penny for the paid version no ads                     Indispensable 23JAML

This is an awesome app however I paid for the ad free version and I m still getting ads I paid for one reason only and that s NOT to get annoying ads that pop up at any given time and always at the wrong time STOP the ads especially when folk are paying for you to do so         Revised My Five Stars to Two Stars JaziJoi

Used to be the best free calc hands down Cleverly and beautifully designed Now every single time you delete the tape and start with fresh numbers which you do many times simultaneously when working things out with new numbers in your head you get sent to a Google ad with lots of loud dialogue thrown at you making you forget what you have to remember You must sit through too much of this loud interruption before the tiny x allows you to close Makes it impossible to work out complex things If your simply adding one set of numbers then you re fine otherwise it s now unusable     Used to be great TWstudio
