I m a huge fan of Mary s free podcast content It s gotten me through some tough times This app is filling an important specific need Now that my daughter is sick I understand the difference between this stress and other stresses I m sure adult patients feel the same The meditations on this app speak to you where you re at Note my initial review was 4 but I ve gotten so much use out of this app Totally worth the price The price on this app is a bit high in my opinion which is the only reason it s 4 stars not 5 But hopefully the people who most benefit are a niche market Connects exactly Pferde01

I wrote a really long and thoughtful review only to have it deleted because the nickname I picked was taken Ugh Anyway great app with lots of options and different meditations based on what you re experiencing whether it be pain anxiety or stress Unlike the previous review I think it is worth the price for all that you get with it I d just suggest listing all the meditations included so that people can see all the options before purchasing the screen shot shown does not do it justice Great app RogueHippo
