This app is great for learning resistor color codes but it needs to be updated to 64 bit to improve compatibility with newer devices             Needs 64 bit update otherwise great Patrickl27

I m completely hooked I first learned how resistor codes work in my first Techshop class DC Arlington and have been fighting it ever since but this game makes it easy and quite addictive After just a few minutes I m already memorizing the colors without even trying Trouble is I m not getting much soldering of actual resistors done At some point I ll have to get back to work At some point Got one of these for the Arduino IDE                     AWESOME ASA Law

Good game but would be better if gameplay included constructing numbers from colors Also I think the magnifying effect on the colors makes it more difficult to land on the desired color than if it were just linear This is a speed game so that becomes important             Good game needs UI improvement dzfan

Hopefully this is just the beginning of games that will help teach me electronics Thanks so much for creating this The only thing I think this is missing is a mode after the tutorial where I can actually learn the colors slowly instead of jumping right in Maybe a quick quiz mode that shows a color and you need to choose its number value or vice versa Another thing I m confused about is that there are obviously multiple ways to get certain values and I dont know which is more acceptable I e 200 times 10 or 020 times 100 Different color codes same value                     Saw this in make mag Gravityisweak

I have been learning electronics as a hobby for a few months and have ordered much of my electronics supplies from Adafruit online great products I was excited to see that they have created a fun app to teach how to read the color coding found on resisters I hope that they continue to release more such apps in the future great work                     Awesome app SethRchapin

As another reviewer pointed out realizing how handy it is to be able to read resistor color values ups the value of what is already a useful teaching tool I had always just figured I d use look up tables now I m the lookup table for my friends                     Totally solid teaching tool and a handy skill Mifga00
