After trying for so long to conceive we had to opt for IVF I have a history of anxiety and going through IVF only heightened it This calming soothing imagery based app helped so very much from beginning of the IVF process to end It put me to sleep when needed and reassured me when I had doubts about the IVF process I encourage anyone needing calmness and something extra to lean on whilst going through IVF and pregnancy to download and listen It s cheaper than therapy and going to meditation classes but works a lot better and at the convenience of your own home or work I would give it 10 stars I am now 11 weeks and know mindful IVF was one of the reasons my first IVF worked Love this app                     Amazing Chase1223218

Thank you for creating this I found this when looking for another app my clinic had recommended I opened that app once but I have been using this one nightly since we decided to proceed with IVF I ve also been using the Headspace app for almost a year but it hasn t brought me as much calm relaxation and confidence as this one has in two weeks This helps immensely in preparing for a stressful and arduous process Thank you                     Wonderful Katie_C17

I started using this in the two week wait of my final IUI before moving to IVF but got a positive test It was terrific but now I m in the even scarier first trimester wait when every day it feels like something is going to wrong Would love more meditations to cope with this part                     Great Meditations for 1st trimester please proflutist

Everything about IVF treatment is so stressful and uncertain This meditation app really helped me cut through the racing mind and racing heart feeling that never seemed to subside throughout the length of my treatment The meditations are exactly the right length and they re soothing and full of heart There were many days when they said exactly the right thing I needed to hear for reassurance and hope I don t typically like to pay for app add ons but there are plenty of free meditations that come with the app and by the time I got to transfer day I was happy to buy the two additional packs Thank you so much for this app There s not much out there in the App Store for us infertility patients This was a treasure to find P s I got my positive result and I think the pockets of peace this app gave me helped with that                     So calming and helpful sevenworlds16

I listened to the free sessions and enjoyed them so I paid for additional ones and never received them I tried contacting support but it just takes you to their site without any contact information Don t pay for anything with this app     It s a scam BXV23
