While the free version doesn t allow any changes so it chimes once an hour from whenever you begin it the one chime in the free version has a nice sound It was exactly what I was looking for a mindfulness chime which would come at times during my day to remember and refocus It s perfect for this The paid version has more settings and options for someone who wants to set it in particular ways or choose a different sound But this one worked just as I needed without more options Thanks                 Mindful chime alex_brin
